Stay in school kids. So you not going to have to work at subway . Cant even make a sandwich. Worst subway in lincoln

I really hate to give them 1 star because I’ve worked in customer service and I know it’s hard to always be smiling. But the three workers who helped me there were all rude and didn’t pay their customers any mind. They were all having a conversation with each other the entire time I was trying to tell them what I wanted on my sandwich. I had to repeat what I wanted multiple times and I’m sure them having AirPods in didn’t help. My sandwich was not put together very well and I also wasn’t given any kind of napkins or anything for my “to go” order. It was probably the worst experience I’ve had at any Subway. I’m hoping it was a unique experience but due to other recent reviews I can assume what I experienced is the norm.

I wish I could give zero star. The girl who fixed my sandwich was so unprofessional and rude. Plus she made the worst looking sandwich I've ever bought from subway. If you don't like you job just quit please

Had previously been to this location because it was convenient and there was a touch screen menu which I liked. The touchscreen was not working well (weather related?) so I went in. The lone staff member told me that the only bread available was wheat, however there were about half a dozen trays that appeared to be prepped for baking, so somebody dropped the ball. The staff member (w/m, approx 20 yrs old) looked like he hasn't bathed in a week, had Hickie's up and down both sides of his neck and appeared to be annoyed by the fact I interrupted his day. As I didn't feel comfortable with him even looking at my food let alone handling it, I took my business to the Coddington location. I won't be returning to this location anytime soon.

Terrible service during my visit yesterday. My girlfriend and I were the only two in the building and we stood there for at least 10 minutes before even being acknowledged by Nick and the other team member. Neither of them said a word, even when I told them to have a good night. The sanitary conditions of the inside were extremely concerning as well. The other team member, unsure of his name, was eating a sandwich when we came in and didn't wash his hands before making our sandwiches. He thankfully had gloves on, but still concerning to see. By far the worst sandwich and overall experience I've had at a Subway. Will not be returning to this location.

Haven’t had a positive experience in months at this location. Only sandwich place in the area, worth the drive to go elsewhere.

Frustrated with this two subway staff. We live in the area and use subway often because we LOVE SUBWAY... but there are two staff members ( I plan on next time if i go taking note of their names but they work there often) that are consistently rude and can't get our orders right. Not only have they messed up many of our orders (wrong meat, burnt bread, don't have items listed on the menu) they forget items we pay for!My patience is running thin and plan on driving an extra 10 dang miles just to go to a different location so I don't have to deal with this anymore even though its only a mile away from my current home. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS LOCATION unless you want the following listed above to most likely happen to use.

It's close to home, and though I know some people can be a bit much to work with. The employees have always shown kindness.

Why are your employees asking for tips in the drive thru?

All the tables were dirty, I got a meatball sub and they didn't give me any napkins
