I just bought this a few minutes ago and this is the size of a medium and it's full of ice, not the drink thst i order. Please take this into consideration. Fill it at least three quarters for the drink and a quarter for the ice.
Drinks are good, but my biggest gripe about any coffee place is within iced coffee. I always ask for light ice and so far the only place to really listen to that is Scooter's locations. I'm pretty disappointed, but not surprised that Starbucks also doesn't look for light ice when I make my mobile orders.Update: Filled out a form for my discontent and was given a charge back. I tried again, but without mobile order and light ice was given to me! A bit disappointed that it's not looked at for mobile order but I guess that's how it goes.
Prepare to wait, it's the only Starbucks in the area. Still, no substitute for their awesome nitro cold brew and tasty egg bites. Just wish they had 2 more locations to spread out the wait time.

Great location, can seem busy at times but the lines move fast. Great friendly staff and always Starbucks quality!
This is the closest Starbucks to my apartment and I come here frequently. My coffee is always made really good! However, there are times I get some really rude staff. But not every time luckily!
So good! Tried the dragon drink with sweet cream foam, tasted like a dragonfruit milkshake! It's a must try
Definitely need to work on customer service skills. I know I can’t base my rating solely on customer service skills which is why my rating is three stars. If you have poor customer service skills or don’t like where you work find another job. I usually come here every week and go through the drive through. I’ve never had an issue. Today was my first time placing a mobile order as well as my first time going into this Starbucks. The two women I had to deal with had bad attitudes. Also, If my customized order doesn’t reflect on YOUR end, that’s a TECH AND STARBUCKS PROBLEM not mine!
I dont understand why the lobby is no longer open. We are required to wear masks so the lobby should be open. The drive thru line is wrapped around the corner back to the main entrance. Who has 40+ mins to wait to get a coffee?! (I guess a whole line of cars don't mind wasting their day in line)
Love this location! They always turn out delicious drinks. Props to the hardworking employees, as they are killing it while low on staff. Know I appreciate you, your tasty treats, and your optimism!
