Most of the time I have kind and warming encounters with staff at Starbucks. I am not a frequenter of this location, but the barista that made my drinks was very rude and abrasive. I was probably in the wrong and I will admit this. The straws a kept behind a plastic barrier and when I was speaking about the lids she had walked off before I could ask for a straw. I did shimmy a straw up from underneath the plastic barrier and at the time she was off making my second drink. When she returned she asked kind of snidely if I needed a straw for my second one as well. I replied no. But I pointed to the green stopper asking if that would work for the hole in the lid. She snapped at me say “please don’t reach over a grab things”. I told her I didn’t plan on it I was just asking the question. She said you already reached over to get a straw and I said I just took one from underneath. She said it’s still a barrier and walked off. Never in my life have I’ve been treated so rudely by a barista at Starbucks. I am so disappointed with this behavior from a Starbucks employeee. ?
Drive through attendant didn't give us napkins, straws and tried to automatically keep the change for a tip. She refused to cut our sandwich in half for us. Food was good though.
Close to work for me and pretty often have nice conversations with the staff, even when I'm going through the drive through. Always makes going to pick up coffee a lot more calming when the people are kind, even when they're busy.

Just wanted to give a shout-out to the employees working the drive-thru window at this location. They’re always so friendly and helpful. It doesn’t go unnoticed!
Line was super long. Which I understand the drink was amazing and Hailey in the drive thru was so bubbly and friendly.
They were extremely busy but still took awhile to get our order to us and when we got our order it was more of a latte than a cappuccino. The lady at the register though rushed seemed to fumble alot and didn't seem very focused. But as I said they were extremely busy so all is well and forgiven.
If you're gonna pay for 90% margins on coffee and milk and sugar, this place is way better than scooters
Very comfortable atmosphere for chatting. Everything they offer for food and drinks are all good.
Always a great experience, just keep forgetting to warm my muffins guys ?
