This place is busy and probably short staffed, but man.... This is the slowest Starbucks I've ever been into. Took 25+ minutes for my two drinks to be ready...
Very nice place, clean and well stocked. Down side is I took a minute for a worker to notice me, even though I was the only person at the counter. I got a grande caramel latte and it was great.
The people who work here are so nice! I went today and the person working the drive-thru was great! They took extra care to make sure that my drink was made properly and even took it back when they thought it was shaken enough which was so nice because it was something I wouldn’t have even noticed. This is a very busy location so keep in mind the drive-thru line gets pretty long so just knowing they were busy and still making sure everyone gets taken care of was great! The person working also made sure to ask about my day and I really appreciated it!

Gloomy day so perhaps the weather was factoring into the atmosphere. But normally I just go thru the drive

It is coffee. A chain coffee shop. If you have been to one Starbucks, you have been to them all.
Barista was very rude and refused to make the drink I get every week at this location. She even had the audacity to say “If you really want it that bad, you need to pay extra”?? For years, I’ve never had any issues and I’ve always felt welcomed by extremely nice employees.
It would be nice if their hours were consistent and were correct online. I’ve driven there several times when online says they should be open and it’s not .
Always , I mean always out of breakfast. For a big corruption you think they’d learn to be prepared. They’re making McDonald’s down the street look good.
