Incredibly slow and disorganized. I ordered on the app ahead of time. The first time my order was brought out to me, it wasn’t actually my order. The guy apologized to me, which was nice, but left and never came back. After waiting 10 minutes, I hit the button again and asked what happened to my in-app order. They apologized again and said it’d be out in a second. I finally got my order, but it was lukewarm since it had been sitting out. They also forgot the fork for my bbq chicken (which is super messy) but I sat there and ate it with my hands because I didn’t want to be more of a nuisance and I was starving. A few minutes later a lady tried to give me someone else’s order because she confused my stall (17) with the one next to me (16). I thought they were busy because the service was so slow and disorganized, but when I left there was only like 5 cars in stalls and nobody in the drive-thru. Normally I don’t write reviews but… yikes. Glad I don’t live here because I’ll never be coming back.
Went to order cheese fries and cheddar bites and the lady was super rude saying they didn’t have those. Maybe you should let people know in a friendly manner or take it off your menu. Very rude employees. Will be going to a different sonic from now on.
A little bit of a wait but totally worth it. The butterfinger blast is perfect every single time. Also got the oreo blast and it was delicious ?Great afternoon snack!
Was pretty busy for a Saturday night. Our order got taken right away, we only had tots and water, and a few minutes later the screen on the menu said the order was on the way. Well, it wasn't and we waited 10 minutes and pushed the order button again to see what had happened. Apparently, as the manger explained when the brought the order out, that it'd been left to sit. Thankfully he'd remade the tots so they were nice and hot and crispy.
Arrived 45 minutes before closing, waited 30 minutes to even order, ordered 3 drinks. Order never came out. Several employees walking around doing nothing ignoring us and a couple other cars waiting. Employees started clocking out and leaving and told us to “push the button again.” We left without getting anything. The service wasn’t bad, it was straight up disrespectful.
Waited over an hour at the car hop. 40 minutes later we got our food and drinks. Our sandwiches were cold and didn't taste good. My daughter and I both ordered slushes and I ordered a master shake. My ice cream was melted we got our drinks they weren't the right size and I told the lady that we had ordered slushes and she rudely told me that they were slushes and they were limeades. A waste of $19 and very rude workers. I will never go to this sonic again!!
It was a successful endeavor like many other times. Of course there was a bit of a wait, in the tolerable range I would say, as it was mid morning and I'm sure they were getting both breakfast and lunch orders. The gentleman at the door was nice and polite. My order was correct and they have delicious cheesecake shakes, would highly recommend the shake!
My burger tastes old and dry. My fries are cold. The woman taking my order was short with me and just seemed annoyed that I came through. I do not recommend this place. I also ordered large and got a medium. What the heck? I can't eat this so now I have to pay for another meal.. guess I'm going to runza
I was just at the south 48th Sonic and sitting in the drive thru, second in line with people behind me. Apparently they decided to close the drive thru ordering til they “catch up”. No sign at the order window. I called the location to find out. Who does that?! I guess I don’t need strawberry limeades that bad! ??♀️
Lately my go to has been the grape slush with nerds in it. My true love is the Cherry Limeade…brings back good memories.
