If I could leave zero stars I would, just based on service. Take the family out for ice cream. They were a little busy so we understood it was taking longer than normal. After 35 minutes, we pushed the call button to check on the status of our order. The guy comes in and did they're out of ice cream... I'm sorry, what? You couldn't tell us this when we placed the order, or when your ran out? How long were they going to make us sit there? We did get refunded, no apology what so ever. Went over to DQ, ordered 5 shakes and had then in our hand led than 5 minutes. Really angry about the service. If they had just let us know, wouldn't be so bad, but to make us sit there for 35 minutes... in acceptable.
Waited over 40 minutes in drive through and there was 3 cars in front of us. Plus they messed up our order which was only TWO sonic blasts. Very disappointing.
They forgot all the condiments I requested and the ones advertised with the food and no utensils for a chili cheese coney….then they ignored me for the rest of the time I was there. I finally gave up and went home for condiments. Kinda defeats the purpose of fast food.
Horrible Chili dogs, Chili was old and burned, cheese wasn't even melted it was so cold and gross. Hot dog was right out of the fridge. I noticed some sanitation issues as well. Won't be back!
They have great drinks don't get me wrong but there staff is just rude. They always rushing to get the order. While I understand this you need to be polite and not speak over people. It's horrendous. It's not just this location either it's all of them. Do better.
Multiple times I've ordered the same thing. Paid the extra price and the idiots apparently only take the money and rapidly forget about what you have paid extra for... I suggest keeping it simple because the staff don't know how to do their job.
Cold hotdogs and they were old. And winked called ask for manager young kid said he was the manager laughing how can I help you told him he said he saw him put them on the grill and told me to have a good day ..real sarcastic I will never eat there again. No apologies. Just dam disgusting ?
We got 2 double bacon cheese burgers, the meat patties were smaller than McDonalds meat patties, the bacon taste nasty didn't even taste like bacon and to top it off you put bread and butter pickles on our burgers!!!! The kids pop corn chicken was good.
I had a really good experience. It was my first time trying it out. I ordered a number 10. I got my chicken grilled. Probably going to get crispy next time. The service was well.
absolutely ridiculous. we waited half an hour. and that's not even an exaggeration. after half an hour of waiting, we finally pressed the button to see where our food was and they somehow lost the order. they said they would have it right out and it has been 45 minutes. we placed our order at 8:44. it's 9:30.
