Got delivery at a work event. Fast, the food was still hot. The burger was a little smushed but still tasted great and you can't beat the price.Mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce, french fries, onion rings and a burger for under $15 ?
I ordered on the mobile app and was happy to see I got half price drinks and that corndogs were 50 cents today...however...shortly after checking in the screen said a carhop was on their way with our order, we waited 5 minutes after that and pushed the red call button.They said our order would be right out, a few more minutes went by and I watched cars that pulled in several minutes after us receive their orders, then finally a nice young lady brought our 2 corndogs and one of the 2 drinks we ordered, we informed her we were short a drink and she went back in and brought out the right drink but only a medium instead of the large we payed for.We were a little out of patience and just said thank you and left, I also realized when I got home that my tea didn't have any lemon that I added on when I ordered.
It never fails every time I come my French fries are cold.....this time my buger was just as cold. Won't be back this the 3rd time this has happened
I don't go for the food, because I think it taste nasty but the slushies are delicious. I'm not fond of the way they advertise that the zero peach slush had no calories but the flavoring they add has a lot of sugar. Don't be fooled
Personally love the slushies the best so you get good marks from me on that and mozzarella sticks lol the rest of the family loves the ice cream normally never have issues but this last time they almost forgot one of the ice cream drinks and had to ask for it but they got it right away.
Great, and always busy, group of employees. Great drinks! Try the chocolate Dr pepper!! Tootsie roll in a cup
Great pharmacy that delivers. Reasonable priced groceries. Sometimes lines are long and could schedule a few more checkers. The checkers are efficient and speedy, but could be better in logistics to match usage hours.
We went to get three meals with shakes, one meal was correct and the shakes were fine but nothing else was right. No big deal at first. We called and mentioned it they offered to replace the food if we wanted to come back the same day or the near future and gave us a name to mention.So we when back the next day for lunch. We went through the drive thru and let them know at the speaker we had meals that needed to be replaced and told them who told us to come back and do this.They said no problem pull around to the window. We did. They wanted to see the recipt and we gave them the receipt. After a while and much confused questioning from anyone but a manager who seemed to think it was a better idea to play messenger with the teen workers who were really trying what seemed to be their best.They remade the bare minimum of food and nearly exactly as messed up as it was before because the manager couldn't take the time to speak with us and the teens didn't have the confidence or training to ask the right questions or take the time to actually listen to the orders.BTW the orders were simple. My order said a double patty burger with only chili, I wanted the rest of the burger too( pickles, onion, lettice, the works), my friend specifically asked for no onions on the hot dog but got plenty of onions. The third order wasn't wrong but it was pretty soggy but tasted fine from what I was told.I get times are getting tougher and we need to be more patient with anyone helping us and I have no issues waiting and answering a couple questions for clarification but when there is no effort put in to clarify my order a place loses my business. Management doesn't seem to care about the quality of the product that is being sold.To top everything when we were given our food after a long wait we were told that the manager said next time just get a refund for the order. No sorry for wasting your time or gas, felt like next time don't bother me with your nonsense.It goes without saying if you have allergies or a specific diet you're going for don't eat here. Matter of fact if you care at all about what you're eating avoid this place as management seems to busy or has given up.
The patty melt was a disappointment. My expectations were crushed. It wasn't anymore than a cheeseburger between two slices of Texas toast. No identifiable flavor to excite my taste buds. Dr. Pepper was watered down and the fries barley made the cut.It's a no for me to be a repete customer.
One of the few "fast food" places I am willing to give more than 3 stars. Always clean and well kept with friendly staff.
