I have went several time and the last 2 time my coffee is like warm. I complained last time and they did nothing about it. Did not offer to make fresh she just okay when I told them.
We stopped here to redeem a coupon we got in the mail for a free drink! My husband got the mocha something or other and he very much enjoyed it!
Coffee is ok, sometimes the crew is grumpy, drive thru blocks the highway.
The employees are always so friendly, this has quickly become our favorite morning stop!

I was a regular customer at this location. I’ve been going there for at least 2-3 a week but not anymore. Every time my coffee gets messed up. A lot of times it tastes like water or they add whip cream after I requested NOT to. This location is very disappointing and I would NOT recommend going there at all. I’m lactose intolerant and Scooters setting themselves up for a lawsuit. Not by me but I would not be surprised if someone who take actions. This scooters location is NOT about quality. It’s all about to make your drink nasty and send you on your way. Somehow it’s all about doing it fast instead of doing it right. This location should either set quality standards or just close the doors.

Great coffee without the Starbucks attitude as well as food you actually want to eat. The drive through was fast and the Stagg at the 48th and normal location is awesome.
