Since we live off of 84th and Old Cheney, we swing by this scooters very often as it's so close to our place.The service is quick and the staff are all very courteous. Even when there is a sizeable line of vehicles it generally moves pretty quickly.The other day, I ordered a wet cappuccino at the line and when I got to the window, the young lady confirmed whether I had ordered a dry or a wet cappuccino. I confirmed that it was a wet cappuccino. She said that they had accidentally made a dry one and so she apologized and gave me the drink for free and made a wet cappuccino for me right there. That was what I would call top notch customer service!

Okay drive through experience. The service was good but I wasn't impressed by the breakfast sandwich I had. It was pretty bland and the cheese tasted like cheap cheese.The mango smoothie was good, although not natural.
Horrible customer service. Very rude. The baristas fought loudly in front of everyone.
The employees at this location are phenomenal, it's been spotless every time I go in, the coffee is great, it's clear management is doing their job. However, I have learned my lesson to avoid this location in the late afternoon on weekdays. The children that make their way over after school are nightmares. I feel so terribly bad for all of the staff that I've watched having to deal with them. Despite the baristas best efforts to control these kids they are loud, disrespectful and ruin the environment for everyone else. It's a shame because it's such a beautiful cafe.

I stopped in the 84th&Van Dorn Scooters this morning. Even though they were very busy the wait time was short. Parking is adequate and most importantly the coffee is very good!
My wife goes here 1-2 times a day, basically every day. They've put her name in the system for her order and know it's her as soon as she says anything at the drive thru order sign. When I pick something up for her I'm known as her husband. It's funny, and a sign that they take notice of their customers and treat them well at this location.
