I normally frequent this location as I live not too far away from it and normally have a good experience but lately within the last couple of weeks, the service has gone downhill. It seems my order is messed up every time I go and they usually are good about fixing it and sometimes I just don’t say anything because they are usually friendly. However, there’s one girl that just always has an attitude. This morning, I ordered two large blended drinks for my boyfriend and myself. We wanted only one with an extra shot and they repeated it back two drinks one with an extra shot. But when we got to the window, we had received one and told them only wanted an extra shot in one of them and the lady shouts “REALLY” and throws one of the drinks away. I would have taken the drink if she hadn’t thrown it away. But really that kind of attitude because of a mistake you made? Unprofessional.
Definitely not the Scooter's I typically frequent, but I was in the area for an event and stopped through their drive-thru. They were very friendly and efficient and the coffee tasted like I expected it to. From my limited experience here this is a solid Scooter's location.
Found Scooters on accident, and I was not disappointed! Fastest service I have ever witnessed at a coffee shop! I got an iced vanilla maple latte, perfect amount of sweetness with the added coffee boost. I also ordered a maple waffle sandwich, the waffle was soft, but the flavor was there. I was disappointed with the carmelicious muffin, but definitely not a reason to leave any kind of bad review. The breast cancer awareness cookie was huge, soft and sweet - definitely recommend buying one or two.. support a good cause ?

Love traveling through Nebraska and stopping by a Scooters to get a carmelicious with an extra shot. Would recommend any Scooters when you see one, stop and get a bite to eat and a snack.
I love this place. Everybody is always so friendly. The everything bagel is yummy and I'm obsessed with the caramelicious.
