The district manager (Katherine or kat I believe) was horribly rude and disrespectful at the drive through! She corrected me when I asked for my latte to be made with half and half and told me I had to order it as a breve and seemed to laugh at me not getting it right the first time. When I got to the window she was in the face of a poor girl at the espresso bar and the staff all looked highly stressed and in horrible moods. These employees deserve better! Other than her, the staff was fast, efficient and even though in obviously low spirits were very kind when taking care of my drink.
Gave up on the national chains after them being constantly out of something and their rude employees. Support the local retailers. Better service.
Coffee was great but the placement of the building with the maze you have to navigate to get in the out was a bit annoying.

Always delicious and actually ? taste like COFFEE! Unlike other competitors their blended iced coffee is filled with Espresso flavors!!Don't go anywhere else, unless you want sugar water blended drinks. I prefer my blended coffee to taste just like a Carmelicious drink!
Love love love this location! Staff is fast, super friendly and mindful of what I order. And they love my dog! She always knows when we go here she gets a pup cup. Keep up the great work!
Pretty good coffee... Not the best espresso, but good. Staff was friendly and quick service.
This is the place of my dreams because I'm asleep when I get there and they hand me this cup of heaven and then I wake up to the best taste and angels singing. And I just have to stop myself from driving back and doing it over and over again.
Great and friendly service even though the line was long they got me through very quickly coffee was great And I was surprised at how many food options they had as well great place to grab a coffee and a quick bite while headed to work I find them to be much more friendly than Starbucks and the food is much better
