I like runza for their healthy food options, especially when I'mon the go.... I get the grilled chicken wrap with a side salad. It's refreshing to find a fast food place that doesn't serve exclusively food that is unhealthy for you. Good job Runza. I will be back.
This is one of the cleanest and nicest runzas in town. We loved it.
Have been here many times there fries is always my favorite part of ever meal I have here!
Grew up in this part of the city and can say they've never messed up my order and the food is always fresh for me, also the manager has always been friendly, pretty lit place ?
Lovely staff and service couldn’t dream of a better place to go especially on a Tuesday ;)
I'm from Colorado - and wish there were more runzas out here!
I like the Runza restaurants and visit them frequently. Last night we visited the Greta location and were disappointed in the condition of the inside-lobby and dining room. The trash cans were full and over-flowing. Probably hadn’t been emptied all day. Countertops were dirty and needed to be wiped off. Ketchup container was dirty. Only one container had napkins. Tables in dining room needed to be wiped off. It’s not very appetizing to have cleaning supplies-brooms etc. near the dining tables. We were there at 5pm but the inside area was not busy. Someone should be responsible to keep up with these things. A manager should make a surprise visit to this location.
Restraunt was clean and staff was friendly and efficient.
Every time I go there they screw up my order! Today I got a sweet Berry Chicken salad and no dressing came with it. Sitting at my desk eating a dry salad. Ordered a cheeseburger and got a Swiss mushroom burger. Cheese runza had cold cheese on it.
I have always had good customer service here. Then there is that one person who just shouldn’t be working at the window.Last week I came thru the drive thru, minding my own business came to the window. I have a big pickup with wide mirrors, so I can’t get right up at the window but no big deal. I wanted to use Apple Pay. First, he asked if he could have my phone… defeats the purpose. Then he, with attitude, stuck the card reader somewhat out the window. No issue with the card reader. I just reached over and it was done but the attitude I could do without. Then he said “most people are closer to the window when doing that… I guess they are younger”.I was in shock by this comment. So I told a few friends to see if my WTH was correct. They could not believe a teenage kid, or anyone in customer service for that matter, would speak to me like that. That is why I am writing a review, to let you know how awful this interaction was. Makes me think twice about spending my time and money at this particular restaurant.
