Some of the most flavorful food I have ever had. Their menu seems smaller than other restaurants but they had unique items like tilapia and shrimp together and it was only $15. I liked their unique selection of drinks as well. The relaxer came in a cool cup. My only suggestion is that they want you to tip 18% on the credit card machine or else you have to hit "other" and not many people hit other if the options are 18% like they want you to tip that much when the waitress is hardly around anyway. We paid over $70 for 2 people getting the cheapest drinks, no salad bar, and the dessert deal after the tip.

Second time being at Ruby Tuesdays and second time leaving with a negative encounter/experience. In short, food is okay, service friendly but slow, and witnessed sanitation issue.1st Experience: Family and I went to eat an early dinner about 6 or so months ago. As I was grabbing a plate for the salad bar, a staff member was restocking the items on the salad bar. They accidently dropped the serving spoon for the food item onto floor. I then watched as they picked up the spoon, took a very quick glance around, and then put it back into the salad bar. I lost my appetite very quickly after that and did not feel comfortable going through.The second encounter (today): I met with my wife for a quick lunch. For a Friday around noon, it did not appear to be terribly busy as of yet and were seated very quickly. Unfortunately, that was the only thing that happened. After being seated, we sat there for over 10 minutes but a server never came by. We were tucked away towards the back end so I do give the server some benefit-of-the-doubt that they didn't see us at all, but we also didn't see them on the floor as we were sitting there and waiting. If we had more time, we would have been willing to risk the slower service/response, but as we were on a limited time lunch we didn't want to take that chance.Other than the mishaps, the staff who did interact with us have been friendly and food/salad bar (minus sanitation concern) was good. But these two items have probably soured me from wanting to return again.

I'm from MN and have traveled here for work a few times always having the same amazing bartender Dakota! He is very fast and courteous every time. Hickory Bourbon Salmon was amazing! Kudos to the cooks as well!

This is usually my go-to place however this last time was very under par. We came in about 1:30. Ordered the salad bar. There were no plates and no salad After asking they took 10 minutes to get them. Keep in mind the place was not overly busy. The food was OK at best. The bun was soggy. I hope things will turn around.

I used to love Ruby Tuesday. Hadn't been in a long time. We waited quite a while to get acknowledged to be seated. There were employees arguing where customers could see them. I feel terrible as I know this issue of being understaffed is everywhere. Once we were seated it took awhile to get service. Our server was great though. She looked frazzled so we joked with her to lighten the mood. Good was mediocre at best but we still tipped her almost 50%. She was doing the best she possibly could. Prob won't go back though.

We went for lunch yesterday. The food was really good! The people in the back were definitely on their game. But our waiter was not attentive at all. We seen him passing by the dining area constantly but not coming in. Other tables mentioned this also but thanks to the other waiter,Romeo, people had their needs met. Romeo was all over going above and beyond! We’d stopped him him as well but I didn’t want to add to the overwhelming situation so we never got refills. I should mention that that the young man who seated us stepped up to get our little one ranch for her fries too.

I've done 2 online orders for curbside and both time I've had to go in to pick up my order. 1st time no one would answer the phone and this 2nd time, Michael picked up the phone and said he would be out shortly. Waited 20 minutes and went inside and the order was literally just waiting at the bar. Staff didn't even apologize or anything. The staff was not very friendly. Food was cold, I won't be coming back anytime soon. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Seems like they have gone down hill.

The drinks were very good, but the my food was horrible! I had the chicken and broccoli pasta. The food was not hot enough, the pasta was bland, the broccoli was tough when I wanted it to steamed and the penne noodles were tough. I was visiting from out of town. If I ever come back to visist I will be going to a different restaurant. Server was really nice though.

RT cooks & waitress were excellent. We had a party of 8 & the food was delicious. Courtney did a great job of caring for our table. Only downside, one of our friends was charged 2x for his meal, the credit card machine acted like it didn't take-supposedly. ( The charge was not immediately reimbursed, the manager caught the error the same night of our gathering.) But when he talked to the manager & then the corporate office, he was'nt immediately re-imbursed.
