Move over my usual go-to food, I've found a new favorite! In the past, I've eaten from what I thought were some true authentic Hispanic eateries... and they still are, yet now I know that those eateries have added just a bit of American taste into their fare. Rosari's though -- this is the real deal! The whole family loves Rosari's - including my wife, who has never really liked Hispanic food before, until now (she totally digs Rosari's)! It's ALL good period -- full stop. The Street Corn (one of my personal favorites), the Red Tacos, you name it (yum)!... and this may sound a bit corny, but it's cooked from the heart, too. The owner has a heart 'n spirit of gold -- always a joy going to buy food from her... so to summarize - want some good eats and a surprise treat? Eat at Rosari's: She's got the goods (food)!

Seriously some of the best food I've had in Lincoln. I ordered the birria tacos and a couple pupusas and they were INCREDIBLE! I've had my eye on this truck for quite some time and they just recently moved onto 70th which happened to be directly on my way home from work. So glad that I finally stopped and got to try their delicious food. I'm definitely coming back for those tacos. Thanks, Rosari's Kitchen!

Stopped at this truck on the way home on a whim and it did not disappoint. Papusas were delicious, quesadilla was large and very tasty, slaw was amazing. I look forward to going back and trying other menu items.
I WILL FOREVER RECOMMEND THIS FOOD TRUCK!! Fresh, cooked to order food. Pupusas are hot and so delicious. Also recommend the pineapple pork tacos and street corn!

Ok people, if you looking for a pupusa and don't mind waiting outside on the busy street, this is the place to be. I usually.order and take it picnic style to the car or the park across the street. It's so good I went three days in a row. I tried another couple places to make sure I wasn't crazy and I'm not, this place is superior. I go for the mix pupusa thats listed first, elotes corn in a cup and horchata. If your feeling crazy try the zucchini and cheese pupusa, it exceed all my expectations. The horchata i had is definitely sweet and delicious. Haven't had a bad item yet!
