My daughter and I ate at Lincoln’s Pine Lake location on Saturday 7/30. We had a wait, the food was good, but the price was outrageous!! I paid $47 for 2 burgers, fries, and a drink and an order of pretzel bites. Most of the burgers were $14! Due to the price, I won’t eat at Red Robyn.
We normally really enjoy our local Red Robin. Tonight the service was terrible! We sat in a small booth right west of the kitchen area. There was a lot of conversational drama going on between employees during our whole visit. We ordered two sodas to start. Both didn't have much ice in them, and the soda was warm. After ordering our food we asked for fresh, cold drinks. It took longer to get our drink than it did our food. When we got our food, it was cold. We were very disappointed in the food, we usually have an outstanding experience at this location in Lincoln, Nebraska. When we were getting ready to pay the bill .... they had charged us for four sodas instead of two. Overall, a terrible experience this evening.
Burger was just barely above fast food quality and the fries were mediocre at best. Servers are stretched thin so they do what they can. Won't be returning because the food has really gone down hill.
Went for supper even before ordering drinks we asked about using a free birthday burger and a 10th burger free rewards together. Our waitress was not sure but said she would ask the manager then left our table. When she returned she said asked the manager who said that we could use both together with no problem. However when we went to pay we were only allowed to use one. Seeing we were unhappy the manager came over and started telling us a story about how our waitress was somewhat new and that she did not know that we could not use them together. We are not sure if she was new or not but either way we were still not happy with the way the whole thing was handled because now the manager is blaming everything on our waitress instead of admitting her mistake.
Lincoln, NE Visit 5-31-22. Walked in and was told it was going to be a 50min wait as "We only have 3 cooks in the kitchen". We sat, we had a bday coupon so why not. There was one other couple also waiting for a table. As we waited, we watched over nine customers (I lost count after 9) walk in, pick up to-go/carry out orders no issues from the kitchen staff getting their food out the door. Lighting fast service for any carry out or walk-in order off the street. Honestly, a customer came in to pick up her carry out order, then made another carry order while there and received THAT order before we were ever seated! Horrible guest service. All while staff sat around chit chatting about what zodiac sign they were at the food window. The hostess, was inappropriately dressed in little blue biker shorts that were see through and everyone got to see her thong. After 45min, we were fed up and placed our own carry-out order since that was faster than waiting to be seated. After another 15min we finally received our food, went home and reheated our cold fries. What a waste of an evening.
We ordered Door Dash and decided on Yukon Chips rather than fries because fries are often cold and mushy. These chips were burnt and there was only a small handful in each order. They ere uneditable! I can’t believe they would’ve sent them to anyone!! On the positive our chicken burgers were awesome!
What a fantastic place!! Super busy, but service was amazing! Our waiter Tony was on top of everything, and he definitely knew how to joke around. Red Robin should be proud of Tony and their staff! We will be back!
Very good service and the food was delicious
We had a fantastic waitress but everyone else working was a "Mask Dictator" and the rules were absolutely ridiculous not to forget the best part. Shortly after lunch "Burger and Sweetpotato fries" got extremely ill and ended up throwing up in the shower nothing but "Sweet potatoe fries and a burger", huge coincidence isn't it??????!!!!!!!!!! Will never go back again and would recommend the same to everyone else.
Went out to celebrate our anniversary. The fries were cold and hard. It was really pricey for burgers and fries. We ordered mozzarella sticks as appetizer. They are advertised for $7 but got charged $8.59 and when we brought it to the waiters attention he said I can't change the price. That's how it's ringing up. Customer service is not what it use to be. My husband was very disappointed and we will not be returning. Such a horrible way to end our night. ?
