Very very friendly people working, huge smiles and fast service, and the food was hot and tasty! Would recommend! The sweet tea tastes just like how I make it at home
They have great food. But their portions have gone way down and their fries are consistently raw.
Love this place, but service has become too slow to go there when I dont have much time. Wait times are over 40 min when using drive thru.
I’ve never understood why people order the chicken finger sandwich. But now, after trying it myself, I still have absolutely no idea.
If I would’ve reviewed a few months ago this could’ve been a 5 star review. Unfortunately now a have a few complaints. The food here is amazing and some of the best chicken I have had. Although, now the chicken finger have gotten kind of skimpy. They give you less fries now and their prices have increased while the food portions have gotten smaller. Bring back large chicken tenders.
Put in large order week or sip before pickup. They had it ready to go within 2 minutes of when they said it would be ready. Was ad good as it always is.
Food was served quick during a rush period, staff was friendly and had even the teas topped up. Bathrooms were clean and tables were wiped off, was good.
Ate here match 25th. Got a chicken sandwich. 2 hours later I was getting odd headaches and feeling exhausted a few hours later I was throwing up and chills. Threw up 13 times and was sicker then I’ve ever been morning after I was fine and hadn’t ate anywhere else. Food poisoning 100 percent I’ll never eat here again
Love Cane's but hate that the fries, bread, and chicken get all soggy/steamed by sitting in the to-go box. Even after ordering well done fries they barely have any crunch to them. Still one of the best fast food chicken joints around. Order dine in or eat ASAP to ensure quality.
They have a great rewards program. Great food every time. Only complaint is the fries can be more crispy. Thanks for the awesome customer service!
