They handed me my food and I didn't even pay. I was ready to drive off and then I told the kids at the window, I didn't pay for anything yet. I could have left without paying but I wouldn't have felt good doing so and I didn't want anyone to get in trouble. The staff here need to pay attention.

I ordered my food 15 minutes before I got to the store. Apparently ordering from the app doesn’t mean anything. I still had to wait in line and tell them I had an order before they even started to make it. I thought the point of ordering ahead was to have it waiting before you get there. Ordered at 11:43 and didn’t get my food until 12:06.

Every single person who’s spoken to me on the intercom sounds like they’re angry or annoyed. I’d be angry too if I was stuck working in food service, but I wouldn’t take that out on people who are just trying to get food & go. It’s exhausting, so I’m not going to go to this location anymore.As other reviews have mentioned, they’re pretty slow when it comes to getting food out. I don’t think that’s a huge issue, but to each their own. My orders have always been correct also.I just really hate the energy at Popeyes. They sound like you’re inconveniencing THEM, even though they’re the ones making money.

Purposely, screw up orders and refuse to pick up the phone when customers call to correct; forcing the customer to physically return (they know somebody eventually will). Went back to location to get order corrected. Employees refused to correct the issue with the argument that they were out of the many items that I suggested as substitution (they offered none); even though one of the replacements I requested was an item that I DID get on my order 1/2 hr prior. By their confrontational tone and refusals, it became obvious that they were trying to anger customers. When I left, there were 3 employees squished into the tiny drivethru window; 2 flipping me off, 1 waving with their cell phone up. They were obviously expecting me to stop and confront them so they could go viral; as they were VERY prepared to take a video.

Food sucked, chicken was very dry, biscuits were cold, sides were warm. Not the greatest experience, we ate in the dining room. We were locked in at 7pm, then we're asked to leave the opposite side that we parked on...?????

Worst Popeye’s in town. Always understaffed which isn’t the employees’ fault, but they get my order wrong every. Single. Time. Feel free to go here if you want a surprise for dinner tho!

We went through the drive thru on 05/11/2022 at 1:55 lpm. We couldn't tell if the lady taking our order was talking to us or her co workers in the background. She was EXTREMELY rude when we asked her what she was saying!!!! So we drove off!!

Would have given 5 stars, cold rainy day. Dining room was so cold it really was uncomfortable to being able to enjoy our meal.

The absolute slowest Popeyes all around. Easily a 20-30 minute wait anytime during lunch during the week. Management's fault 100% for not realizing their slow timesArrived at the drive through with 5 cars ahead of me at 12:05PM, got my food finally at 12:37PM. Unacceptably slow service.Pay your workers more if you can't hire or keep anyone.

all the popeyes restaurants in lincoln nebraska should be shut down and review for poor service, poor employees, and just poor in general... need more training and attitude adjustment.. alot of violence, cussing, and sloppy employees...I recommend people/families traveling or lives near to not go there until they get more professional and more respectful
