I love popeyes but I swear on my life this location cannot hire people with a brain between their eyes for the life of the establishment. How many times do I have to go there and specify multiple times that I want “ALL DARK” to get 2/3 or all three pieces as wings?? At least teach them the difference between white and dark meat. I am currently looking at two of the scrawniest wings I’ve seen in my life and ONE thigh. At least my boyfriend is always happy with his chicken sandwich, I’m glad there’s at least something reliable at this location. *home grown Husky Red tomato in pic for reference*ETA: just flipped over what I thought was at least a massive thigh, ITS A BREAST (obvious rib cage in pic 2). I worked chicken table at a BBQ place in HS and knew the difference between white and dark meat before I even started working there. Write it down for them or something!!!! Jfc you guys! How do I specify ALL DARK and end up with ALL WHITE MEAT???? Changing from 2 stars to 1 for this.
Service was a bit slow for there being no one else ordering. Ordered a 3 strip meal and how thing and small the strip pieces were was impressively disappointing. 4 stars because this visit was unimpressive and average. Food tasted good for what we had but for the price the strip sizes were sad. Lobby had a few dirty tables and could've been maintenanced better considering we sent during the downtime between 2-4.
Ordered an hour before pick up. Waited in drive thru for 15 minutes and than had to wait another for food. Customer service was very poor. Drive thru lady seed me out and slammed the window in my face. Place needs to be closed.Update. Got to work finally… opened my box of chicken and they gave me 4 wings for my 4 piece. My sweet tea was watered down some kind of nasty soda and I didn’t get my sides. Will never return to this location.
What a joke. Gave me the wrong order, and argued that I was wrong. After waiting 34 minutes in the drive thru. Gave me a pop with no ice and acted surprised when I asked where the ice was. Is it not normal to get ice with your pop? So confused. Just decided to cut my losses and leave. Best $9 dollars I’ve ever spent was leaving.
Waited in the drive thru last night for 20 minutes. Only ordered a sandwich and fries. Only 2 cars in front of us, and one of them was so frustrated with the wait that they left before they got their food. I understand that many places are short staffed right now but 20 minutes with only two cars in front of you is ridiculous. Don’t waste your time and money here. Go to Canes or Chick Fil A down the street.
The new staff & management are a breath of fresh air and make the epirience that much more enjoyable. Food was hot, fresh, crispy & delicious as always. I do, have and always will recommend this establishment.
Adrian and his crew were amazing. Short on staff, but not missing a beat. PLK's spicy chicken sandwich is the best to be had, especially when you add extra pickles!
Worst Popeyes I’ve ever been too. Always behind on orders and staff is rude/acts like they hate their lives. Expect to wait 20+ minutes for “fast food”
Disgusting food and even worse service. I will never eat here again. Disgusting dirty location. 4 OUT OF THE LAST 4 TIMES FOOD WRONG AND OR COLD! TOOK OVER AN HOUR FOR FOOD AND STILL MESSED UP LAST TIME IN.....I CALLED MANAGEMENT BUT NEVER GOT A CALL. NOT EVEN CORPORATE CALLED ME BACK! NEVER EVER AGAIN!Update * April 21 2022* went into this Popeyes against my better judgment...and AGAIN this restaurant failed miserably!!!! This is the worst Popeyes ever and for sure should be shut down......they should send upper management through the drive through....we went through today about 45 minutes ago.....we waited in drive thru for 35 minutes and the "management" said they could do nothing to help. Food wasn't fresh and made wrong..everything thrown in the bag. Calling corporate and I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO THIS POPEYES AGAIN!! THE GUY IN FRONT OF US WAS ASKING FOR A REFUND BECAUSE HIS FOOD ALSO COLD.....THE BLACK LADY WORKING TOLD THE ASIAN KID IN FRONT OF US.." WHAT YOU DONT SPEAK ENGLISH I SAID NO REFUNDS !! ? Excellent chicken, fries were yummy. Actually it was all good. Disappointed they don't have jambalaya anymore.
