The prices are completely random. $10 extra dollars for a family meal with 2 more pieces of chicken, no thanks. The chicken didn't have that much meat and it was kind of underwhelming, but at least had decent flavor. The sides were decent, but seriously, they got rid of the Cajun rice and that's why I came in the first place, that's a favorite from Popeyes but not anymore. The biscuits were also underwhelming, they had good flavor but not the texture of a true biscuit. At least the staff were very friendly and helpful. I can't see myself coming back here in the future.
I really tried to be patient, waiting 30 minutes in drive thru only to receive terrible food and service. Was asked three times if I wanted any sauces... All three times I said yes I'll take the Mardi gras mustard... They hand out my food, do you think the mustard was in the bag? NO! Lol then to put the icing on the cake they gave me fries instead of Mac n cheese. I totally understand post pandemic you have to hire anything with a pulse but this is a little sad to be honest.
Ordered a pair of 16 piece dinner's, and had our order out in 10 minutes. That's pretty impressive for being short staffed. They need a raise. The staff catered to our dine in requests. For such a large group. I highly recommend this facility
Better than some of the other Popeyes I've been to in town, but alas, it is still a Popeyes. Waited about 25 minutes for the staff to fill half an order while the other half sat on the counter to get cold. 2 stars for cleanliness.
The Popeye's down from walmart is good, line was a little slow but service was good, food was cooked good and everything was correct for the order! I highly recommend this one over the other Popeyes in lincoln. The other Popeyes has gotten my order wrong the past 3 times I've been there and it was a simple order. They also were not busy at the times I went either so terrible service shouldn't be accepted. However, I highly recommend the one near Walmart!
This is the second time that they messed up our order. The first time we ordered 2 three piece white chicken and they text and said the order will be late they will have to fix more chicken . An hour later we got 2 Three piece dark chicken. I didn't complain about it but this time I will. I ordered 2 three piece white chicken and again got a text saying that they were fixing more chicken they were out. So we finally got the order and got 2 two piece chicken. Now I have tried calling and got put on hold then hung up on. Have tried calling and nobody will answer the phone.
10 out of 10 would not recommend. Went through the drive through and got the 5peace chicken platter mild. All I got was crumbs and one big tender that was spicy…. And the staff was so impatient, driving up to the window there is two staff smoking right by the drive through window I look through the drive through window and see a bunch of children messing around like do your job.. not impressed
This place is a joke . had to come for a doordash order , stood in line for a while until someone finally came to help me, keep in mind no one else was in line & there was only 1 other lady there,had to wait longer because some lady didn’t get her order & apparently had been waiting about an hour for it so staff just stopped doing everything & got to doing her order . i guess the cooks got to fighting over food & that’s why we were getting bad customer service?? also guy who ended up helping me was definitely on something
The biscuits were moldy and while waiting for food the higher staff was yelling at each other and treating the other workers with no grace kinda made it awkward. If you have a problem with someone and how they do their job talk it out where customers don't hear you...just saying.
This location's evening crew has a habit of shutting down early. If you show up an hour before they close they ask you to wait at the drive through and never come back. This happened on 3 separate occasions with me, when I drove around kid was standing at the window doing nothing but staring into space and refused to look out the window, kitchen crew was cleaning up, you could clearly see them. Other people have also told me they had the same experience with this one. I hope whoever owns this place and pays these kids knows they're giving some hours away for nothing.
