I love Pizza Ranch but this location in North Lincoln 84th st has got to be the worst visit I have ever had and the worst food, all the food on the buffet pretty much was hard and stale like it had been sitting there all afternoon, the only thing that wasn't with my chicken even my pizza was crunchy and dry and I asked him to make a specialty pizza for me barbecue chicken and they never even made it because they were all too busy hanging out in the back of the restaurant gossiping and chit-chatting and when I walked in nobody was attending the front counter nobody was bussing the dining-room nobody was doing anything and when I left there still wasn't anybody out in the front restaurant they were all in the back the entire time and there's several tables in the restaurant right now that haven't even been cleaned or bust and if you look at the noodles in my picture the dark brown ones were crunchy and hard because they've been sitting there for so long, very disappointing
We arrived a lil after 3 the pizza that was out look like it been their a while the salad dressing bottles where empty the past that was on the line was hard over cook that pasta sauce was empty and the chicken was way over cook when I ask if they were planning on putting out fresh pizza 20 min after we were their they just moved some of the old pizza forward to different trays they finally put out fresh pasta right as we were leaving their was nothing about the food I can say nice the drinks were good and the three employees that were their complaining about only having three employees were just standing around in a corner talking not my idea of a good experience won't return to this location
This place smacks (it's good)! I think buffalo wings would be good though, instead of buffalo pizza!
The most terrible service EVER!! Waiting on pizza for 20 minutes at a time and was like only 3 people working!! Will never go there again and will not recommend it to ANYONE!
My family and I usually really enjoy Pizza Ranch. This location however, was awful. We came around 4pm and it looked like all of the food was still sitting there from lunch time. The chicken was burnt and dry, the pizza was not fresh and was hard to chew, the desserts were so hard on the bottom that you had to scrape the top half off just so it was edible. Even then, it was still chewy and hard from sitting out. I asked the gal working if they could put out fresh mashed potatoes because the ones out were literally crumbling due to how dry they were. That was the only time I even saw anybody check on the food. They also only cleared people's tables one time the entire time we were there. For charging the "dinner time" amount, I would expect the food to be fresh. All around, it was not a great experience.
Great place for a buffet, they have pizza, salads and my favorite Fried Chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy. This is one chain that has the best fried Chicken I have tasted, and it's all you can eat. In addition they have great dessert pizzas and icecream. The place was clean and not to busy, they did just have a lice increase so value isn't as good as it once was, still great food.
the hostess that greeted us was very nice. the fried Chicken was excellent. I did miss the chocolate pudding and cones for the ice cream. but I love the Christian atmosphere and the Christian music playing
Tried to go for dinner tonight. But they wouldn't let anyone in without face coverings on. We left to go somewhere else that wanted out business. The big group behind us ledt for the aame reason. They obviously didn't want our business. But the restaurant across the street was happy to have our business.
Pizza and fried chicken buffet? You can always count me in. A great place to stop whenever I really just wanna stuff my face or take friends out for a while. Service tends to be a bit slow sometimes, especially when there aren't many customers. Overall just pretty good food and lot's of it. Hard to go wrong with that.
Provided really great service. They offer drive through and they will bring your food out to you. I love all of their food and they always have great deals.
