My delivery came incredibly fast during a very busy time. Pizza was hot and ready to go! Great service and great food.

Service? Nah. Staff? What's that? Busy? Yes. Several waiting before I arrived to pick up their orders. A few waiting for over 20 min. I was there for 15 min to pick up an order that was already ready. But... the first 12 min were waiting for someone to acknowledge I arrived, let alone offer to help.Think I'd rather drive to any other facility from here on out.Strongly recommend against this location for pickup.
The only reason I'm leaving one star is because the food was decent. However, the customer service at this location has been awful every time i have ordered carryout.The employees seem to lack communication and we have been left standing at the front counter for far too long. The guy ahead of me was helped, then the employee walked away and didn't come back even though there was a line.Several employees came to the front and there was no greeting or saying someone will be with you shortly.I don't believe we will be ordering from here again.
I would normally give a higher rating but the fact that there is no cheese on half the pizza is ridiculous.
I didn’t know people could be so stupid with the most simple orders, ordered a dinner box with light sauce and extra cheese, what I received was Alfredo sauce on my pizza no extra cheese. Will not be coming back to this location since people don’t know simple directions. If you don’t simple directions go back to school and learn to be smart. Have a terrible night.
