Food was excellent — we got the vegetarian spring rolls, tofu pho and chicken pho, and it came quickly. We appreciated the service and friendliness of the staff.

First time to Pho Factory and I'll definitely be returning. Solid price for excellent food. The staff was friendly and there was very little wait for your food to arrive.
Great place for pho.Portions are huge and are a bit pricey to match.My biggest suggestion would be to make half size portions and sell it for less.Also, don't get the large pho bowl unless you want to go home and take a nap.

Absolutely loved the place and will be going back.Our waiter was working his butt off. They were short staffed.I made sure to leave a very healthy tip . He truly earned it.Food was amazing ? ?
We got this for dinner on Sunday and really enjoyed trying something new! We got 1 large make your own pho and it was enough for 2 adults plus we had left overs.
I try to go here every time I’m in Lincoln bc the food is so fresh and absolutely delicious. I’m craving it just typing it. On our way now to get our fix!!! Thanks for the top notch food and service.
