I would've given this restsurant a zero star if I could. Worst experience I ever had at any dining location. The food looks way off compare to the pictures in the menu. Fried noodle with Sea Food (mì xào hải sản no.42) supposed to have a lot of sea food but all we recieved was artificial crab, several squid and meatballs (bột), 95% of noodle and 5% of combination of meat and vegie. Hủ tiếu nam vang (no. 23) in pictures they're filled with meat and shrimp, we received no shrimp and too much fried onions, with again, a full bowl of noodle. The phở we got have so little of tendons even though we got charged extra for extras. Bún Thịt Nướng (noodle with grilled pork no. 46) has unseasoned boiled pork and has no taste at all whatsoever. Every bowl is literally filled with noodle to the brim. When we ask for side plates. They give us dirty plate as the picture above.Once again we will not go back. Unreasonable Price.
The pho here is really on point. I have not tried any of the other dishes. Spring rolls are my favorite! The only downside is the times I've been here the service has been VERY slow...like molasses. And not that courteous. I brought my Omaha friend here and honestly I was embarrassed by the service. So I haven't been back for awhile. They need to step up their game to compete with Saigon Plaza!

Beef pho and shrimp rolls not bad, prices a bit steep compared to other Pho places. Overall pretty good ?
Egg noodles and chicken.....well prepared!
On a long cross country - craving some Vietnamese food- we found this place- not close to I-80 - but worth the trip. We came mid afternoon- so very quiet. Service and food were terrific. Don’t know if we’ll come this way again- but would return
It was good, but it seemed liked previous experiences were much better. The service was still quick and staff very nice, but the food seemed below their normal standards. The egg rolls especially were way over fried.
Great food, but customer service is lacking. Our family has been here dozens of times, but it has become increasingly difficult to try and do business with Pho 14. They have reduced hours like many restaurants, but on top of those early closings they will literally turn you away 30-45 minutes before closing time. When you close at 7 and you have to be there by 6:15 to eat that can be difficult to accomplish for a large family. Love the food, but bad policies make it difficult to accomplish getting a meal there.
What was once a favorite has lost its appeal. Pho was just okay, and the floor was really dirty. I hate to leave bad reviews, but Pho 14 has to pick up their game.
