I used to get delicious salads from Pepper Jax a few years ago. Today I decided to go back. I wish i hadn't. It was the blandest and most pathetic salad I have had for what it cost which is almost $12 after tax. I thought I had Covid since there was no spice or taste yet I ordered 'spicy' ranch. However no covid just a bland lame salad. The salads used to be large but now they come in a small container with barely any room for the toppings with the lettuce. If you go here never get their salads.
Just because I asked for 2 sauces doesn’t mean I want THIS much sauce. Nobody wants THIS much sauce. This is not the first time this location has flooded our food in sauce. I shouldn’t have to spend time scooping out sauce before I can eat my food. Put less sauce on.
Not bad for food right before they closed. I appreciate them staying the extra few minutes so our daughter could have her favorite food!
Was enjoyable, would have been 5 stars if I wasn't being charged for extra sauces going thru drive thru, while eat in customers can get as much as the enjoy.
Woman saw me and turned around and didn’t acknowledge was even waiting to order so I left...Heading to a different pepperjax where I can see them make my meal...won’t be coming back to this location
I love pepperjax Steak Philly. I was craving one n this freezing chilly day. So I ordered on door dash. Well when it was delivered I sure didn’t except to see what I got. I was very disappointed. Door Dash was helpful. I learned to just go to Pepperjax and order.
Very good food. Took a little bit to get food & drink. Was a little disappointed they didn't have salt & pepper.
Absolutely love pepperjax and this one close to home opened so I was thrilled! Great menu, always delicious. The drive thru scared me at first due to the nature of the menu and ordering process but they designed it perfectly and makes getting this great food quicker and easier!!!
Let me begin by saying, up 'til today, I've loved PepperJax. Today I ordered the shrimp nachos online. Disgusted with the website, saw the options bar, so ordered 1/2 and 1/2 Pepperjax and cheese sauce. The customizations were under a different bar and I missed it. Therefore, instead of getting what every other place in town considers standard for nachos, I got chips in a separate bag and sauce in a container, so the sauce wasn't even on the chips. My fault? No question. It was, no doubt. Live and learn, right?However, the website contributed a great deal to it, and my meal was very unsatisfactory. Not liable to order from Pepperjax again.
