Food is always fresh and hot. Great people working drive up window. Never had any bad food or service
Great food. I prefer the steak philly. Will make the sandwich the way you want it. Very tasty. Several condiments including au jus. Good fries and side made to order.
I was the only person in line inside. I asked the "cook" three times to fireball the beef when it was cooking. Was told yes each time and was never done. After my meat was cooked had to ask the "cook" to put my bun through to get toasted while the meat was overcooking. Pepperjax used to be my favorite place for a philly, now I go every 6-8 months and leave disappointed every time.
Sandwich was cold... was told they don't make the hearty sauce our sweet asian any more. The guy making my sandwich went in the back room and there was trash all over the floor including a knife. Floor behind the counter was a mess. Disappointed!!
Always a great meal here, but the prices have continually gotten higher for less food. Also, small scoop of queso for $2? Like I said, food is great and never disappointing!
Ordered the nachos to try something different. I recommend this is you like a lot of grease personally I don’t so I won’t be ordering it ever again.
I don’t know what’s worse the food or the customer service. I don’t care if you hate your job, learn to cook. I was inspired to learn to cook.
As for your response you obviously did not take the time to read the review. I specifically ordered with NO hot spice and received one which was covered in it. This was after taking the time to go inside the store and order in the hope that the order might be right this time which it was not. During the ordering process I noted that the sandwich we received was NOT the one we ordered yet we were still given the wrong one. You're response is as sloppy as your management!Blew the order yet again. Specifically asked for extra cheese and veggies, with no hot spice. There was so much ??? spice added it was inedible and hardly any veggies. Save a few bucks and get a frozen Philly. Tried this place 3 times always mess up a big 0 don't t waste your money.
I ordered Pork Nachos. They added Jalapenos instead of banana peppers, which was really no big deal to me, but the amount of spicy ranch they added was ridiculous. You could taste nothing but the dressing, it was terrible when it otherwise would have been very tasty. Also for $10 they should gave filled the container, there was very little meat. I absolutely LOVE Pepper Jax, but next time I will order dressing on the side.
