Extremely disappointed in the portion size of our curbside pickup order. We ordered the same items a month ago while dining in, and the portions were perfect. But our takeout order this time around felt like a huge rip off, and we regret ordering takeout.
My friend and I went to the 14th & Pine Lake Rd location tonight for dinner. What a disappointment. We order the poppy seed strawberry seasonal salads , the clerk tells us "sorry we don't have pecans for that salad". What---that's the best part of the salad. Then I order the Asian chicken salad, "oh sorry we don't have any sweet onions for that salad." We tell her to give us the poppy seed strawberry salads with whatever ingredients they have. I give her a $20 bill to pay for my meal. "Oh sorry, we don't have any change." Seriously?? You're not making it easy to frequent your establishment. How can you stay in business with service like this. We left, went across the street, got the same salads and surprise - they had all the ingredients. I won't be back soon.
I just had to wait over 45 minutes in the drive through to get a sandwich. Unacceptable! 25 minutes before I got to place an order, and 20 more for them to make it. Avoid the drive through like the plague! The customer service stinks!
Food is good! Delicious! But working this location very slow! Costumer service is bad! Location is good
Kind of hit and miss the drive thru is often still closed 15 minutes after opening. Gave it 2 stars because the employees are nice.
Be better if the person taking the order wasn't wearing mask so we could understand what was being said. Short about 3 salad ingredients. Still tasty but not really what's on the menu.

Passing through Lincoln around 8th December. Inattentive staff and poorly prepared food. Maybe due to employee shortage, but management needs to make sure what goes out of the kitchen isn't cold and stale. I would have asked to speak with a mgr, but I needed to get down the road.
I ordered for delivery. I ordered a flatbread pizza and small Mac and cheese. I only got the small Mac and cheese for a charge of $20. Now I can’t contact Panera or Door dash. Everyone is ignoring my call or need for support. I will not be ordering again!!
