Ordered a sandwich, it was to be delivered through DoorDash but never showed up. I called five times between 8:15 and 9 pm (closing time ) and I couldn’t get through to a person. Phone rang and rang until the call disconnected. Never did get my food and now I am stuck disputing through my bank. Very disappointed in both Panera and DoorDash.
Was doing doordash order for this location and the customer service agent was rude. Acted like she as too tire to be at work. wasnt interested . will not do another order for this location
Please please put the benches outside back in the shade. We’ve conversed with 2 other guests today about how much we miss them. The tables now are wobbly and chairs are uncomfortable. Please bring back what you had. Square solid table and benches. Thanks
I (and my staff) order food from this location 2-3 times a week. I really appreciate this location as it is convenient, the staff is friendly and they have gone out of their way to make orders correct.
I used the kiosk for a fast quick take out! The salad was delicious!
Stale blue corn chips for the Mexican soup. Absolutely filthy inside. Would not recommend. Go to pine lake instead.
The Unlimited Sip Club is amazing!! The Fuji Apple Cranberry Lemonade is excellent. The Mango Yuzu Citrus Lemonade is also so good!! There’s plenty of parking here and the restaurant is big inside, so plenty of seating!
Quick dinner before the drive home. Panera is always a refreshing change from the normal fast food choices.
For the love of gawd, we just had the worst customer service. First I made my order, I was charged for a chicken cesar salad. My salad didn't have any chicken on it so I drove all the way back for them to tell me, " Ohhhh ya we're all out of chicken." Uhhhh okay then why not tell me that? And why charge me an extra $2 for a CHICKEN cesar salad with no chicken. Also I have celiac disease, so I requested no croutons on my salad. And guess what was on my salad, croutons. Manager came over and offered nothing to make it right, didn't refund my chicken less salad, didn't remake it so there wasn't cross contamination with gluten. Nothing. I'm completely disappointed
