We were thrilled to discovered this place on a Saturday afternoon. The concept is brilliant! You start with 3 varieties of smoked meat and you take it from there! We tried the nachos, hatch mac, and tacos, and we left impressed! Generous portion sizes, fair prices, and quality food make this a must try in Lincoln! Thank you for the great meal, cold brew, and making us feel welcome 550 miles from home.
This place is why 'eating local' is important. They're doing it right here. The burrito that has macaroni and cheese and brisket in it! The nachos! So good. They have cool drink options too and there is such an emphasis on local appreciation here, from the artwork to the craft beers. If you're a Lincoln resident, get in here. If you're visiting, it's worth the stop!

I ordered takeout here. I got an iced caramel latte with oat milk and a mac hatch burrito with chicken and green salsa. It was all soooo delicious, especially the latte. The inside looked cute and I am definitely going back here with friends to try more on their menu. If your looking for a fun dinner or lunch spot, Muchachos seems to be the perfect place.

Grabbed a to go breakfast and it was great. Staff was perfect at helping us first time customers. Pork and brisket was flavorful and moist. Mild salsa was very mild and I could have kicked it up for more flavor.

This was a fun place! Their coffee bar was a bit of a surprise but cool nonetheless. The brisket burrito was really good and the brisket would have stood on its own. It's a big meal so prepare yourself!
Delicious meat options. The brisket is my favorite. The Hatch Mac is just incredible. Red and green salsas are great too. I just wish there were more veggies on the menu. Not a fan of the slaw.
Delicious food. The Pipeline burrito lived up to its reputation: massive and stuffed with plenty of meat. We were so excited to get into our food that we forgot to take a picture before we devoured it.
