I usually don’t leave reviews but I wanted to make it known that Mings has the highest quality food and service in all of Nebraska. No others can compare. They care of their community and Lincoln is lucky to have such an exceptional restaurant with the tastiest food.. ever! Make sure you stop at Mings whenever you’re in Lincoln, you won’t be disappointed :)
Hands down BEST Chinese food in the area. Their crab rangoons put everywhere else to shame.

I just finished my take out dinner from this restaurant. I drove to another restaurant I used to frequent, and it was closed (looked like for quite a while) and had a 'for rent' sign in the window. I went to another place on trip advisor (this one) and walked in. It is a very small facility with only a few tables and structured for carryout. The cashier/order area is surrounded by covid shields so heavily it looks like an armored bank window in a bad neighborhood! I placed my order, waited a few minutes and walked out with my food. They have all the sauce packets, plasticware, napkins and common to go items out from loosely help in big boxes, so everybody's hands get all over them. There is a big sign instructing you to 'serve yourself.' Seems like it would be a lot more sanitary to gives these items by request so only one person touches them. I got my food back to the hotel and the sauce was good (Kung Pao Chicken) but the meat was breaded and deep fried before they stir fried it in the sauce. The crab rangoon was folded like a wonton and over fried. Price was average and food was ok, but 30 minutes after eating, the easily recognizable MSG rumble came and i had to jet to the john. So much for trying a new place...
Well the egg rolls were very good. Crab Rangoon was ok no crab taste. I had Szechuan and wife had sweet and sour pork. Average at best. We were disappointed with all the high ratings it had. Visiting family here and were hoping to find a hole in the all treat. Not sure what deserves 4 & 5s here for food but FYI not our main courses.
Great food, good prices, friendly staff!!! This is the ONLY place I go when I'm craving Chinese food!!!
Our favorite Chinese restaurant in town. The vegetables are always fresh and they use good quality cuts of meat (never fatty). Their food is delicious and flavorful with big portions. They also haven’t raised their prices much during COVID which we’ve really appreciated. The owner’s son is a hoot (my husband really enjoys that kid) and always makes our visit fun.
Very tssty food, respectable portion size, prepared quickly and reasonably priced.
