The pizza is good but please do not be fooled. This location has messed up my order 2/3 times. The first completely forgetting a sandwich, ensuring to credit the issue to my card, and failing to do so after 6 days. The second incident, I was sent pizza bites instead of pretzel bites. Maybe there is shortages, but I encourage you to never deal with this location's delivery.
Extremely awful experience. I have a severe dairy allergy and asked for vegan cheese and all dairy products to be removed. The waitress even double checked with me to make sure. I was brought out a pizza with regular cheese and the waitress attempted to convince me it was vegan cheese. They made me a new pizza with the correct order I.e. vegan cheese and it was clear to the waitress that it was a completely different pizza and she apologised for the chefs who did this on purpose. It was not the waitress fault but the chefs incompetence and laziness. Please take allergies seriously.
Ordered a Funky Q chicken pizza online and the photo below was the result. The pizza was supposed to have BBQ sauce on it, but there was no sauce on it whatsoever. Taste was okay, but it looked horrible. This was far from an appetizing pizza and would not recommend ordering from them.
Very fun atmosphere! The servers were very nice and the food is delicious! We had the pretzels and they were so good!! They were huge and very filling so keep that in mind when ordering pizza. Lots of really cool options for pizza. I really thought it was cool that they have a section for local favorites. We will be coming back here soon to try some new stuff!
I want to believe my dining experience last night was just a fluke. My pizza was not hot- slightly warm. Waited a long time for the pizza. Service was OK- borderline pretty bad. Waited a long time for the check. Either we got a bad apple for server, they were having a bad night, or this place is just poorly managed. It was not that busy of a night. In any case, I won’t be returning any time soon. Pizza was good- even though by the second slice not much warmer than room temperature. 2.5 stars from me
We have not ordered from Mellow Mushroom in a while but we have not had any issues in the past. We absolutely love their beer cheese sauce...that is the chief reason that we chose to get food from them. We placed our order for delivery for two pizzas with beer cheese and ranch dressing. The delivery was pushed back (totally understand) and when it arrived their were no sauces with the pizzas. We called and spoke to a supervisor and he apologized and said the General Manager would call the next day to discuss a refund or gift card. That was a week ago and we have not heard anything. Very disappointed in their customer service and failure to fix the situation.
I have reviewed this restaurant before and always rated them favorably. Always good service and food…… but today was completely on a different level. Our server/bartender Whitney knocked it out of the park and made my daughters day. She needs recognition for her service. Always have recommended this place but I highly recommend it now. Should mention that sauce is a little on sweeter side so be prepared.
Ahhhh, we've had a flawless relationship up until tonight. In fact, I think this is hands down, the best pizza in Lincoln. But, you lose a star tonight. I eat here often, and often have it delivered to work or home, to share with my employees and family, this wonderful pizza wizardry! I rarely stray from the Uniques loaded potato pie, and that is what I ordered tonight. And alas, there was something very unique about it indeed. Instead of the normal, thinly sliced procured potato pieces, there were in it's absence, tater tots! This is an absolute affront to the culinary experience one comes to expect at the Mellow Mushroom! This is not a 1:1 replacement, this changes everything! There are two groups of people in this world, those who love tater tots and those who despise them! And I am of the latter! There is no indifference with tater tots! I removed them all, with their distinct seasoning, meant to stand alone on their own, never to be 'mixed in' with other ingredients to make a meal. It's a kids snack, barely even a potato! Wow, what a brazen decision by someone at the Mellow Mushroom. I hope this gets corrected soon, there are far too many disappointing things happening in the world today as it is!
