the orange cranberry club is awesome. and prices are not as bad as I thought they might be. I got watter, king club and the side and was 10 bucks.. I'd have spent 9 at mc gag in a bag
I ordered boxed lunches for a work retreat. Our retreat was in a remote area, so we had to pick up the lunches the night before. I noted on the order that we'd like toppings on the side so things wouldn't get soggy. McAlister's went above and beyond, individually wrapping each component of our sandwiches and wraps, and they came together for a fresh and tasty lunch. Pickup was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly. I recommend McAlister's for boxed lunches for a group!
Wife and I ate lunch there. I had their Savannah salad and it was excellent. She had soup and sandwich which was good. Will return for sure
I really like the Savanah chopped salad ; w Sherry Shallot dressing ! And the Bacon Potato soup on the good days! Make sure you ask if it’s thick the day you get it once in awhile it is super watery and no substance! They have lots of other good stuff also!
The food is always hot and fresh. Portions are a nice size and the staff is helpful. By its nature it is not the fastest drive thru in town, but it is worth a few extra minutes in line.
Cutting portions in half but still charging full price is WRONGThis is the amount of chips I was giving for the ULTIMATE NACHOS.When I called the store and asked why I was given a small box, they said that this is "Their Large Box now".You're cutting portions in half and still charging the same amount. Chips are cheap!You just lost a loyal customer

I like the food here and pick-up an order almost weekly. Today was not good as far as their customer service. I came to pick-up my internet order. Nothing on the take-out shelf. So, I stood and waited for quite some time. Staff walked by me several times and looked over at me waiting with my coat on by the pick-up area several times. Finally, I notice a take-out bag on the main counter. I walked up and looked at it. Sure enough, it had my name on it. I started to pick it up to go and was scolded by the cashier to not touch that bag! I said it was mine. Did not matter. I was told to back off. Wow. OK, I went back over to the take-out area to wait once more. Then another person finally asked my name and brought the bag over. I indicated the bag and I had been here for quite some time. She then blamed me for not coming to the main counter to check on the order (which I have just done and was chastised for). You really should not blame the customer for your mistakes.
Ordered on doordash today. I did the half sandwich and half salad. Large portions for an awesome price! Had the Savannah chopped salad and the Mccallisters sandwich and both were delicious. My husband ordered the rueban sandwich and they did not skimp on the meat! Highly recommended!
5 starts for Bailey's excellent customer service and cheery disposition. She makes it hard to be hangry and has the best disposition I've ever seen and yes the club sandwich i ordered was delicious! Between her and the food I will definitely be back with hopes they have a tip jar at the drive thru because her and people like her definitely deserve it!!
