I suppose if people like cold, bland chicken it might be a decent place. We prefer flavorful hot fresh chicken. Onion Rings~ the name says it, RINGS not a spoonful of fried onions tossed with bits of crispins. Our joy comes from trying local restaurants, this place brought no joy or delicious food. The wait staff ignored us and brought the wrong bill. If the place had been busy we could have understood, it wasn't. None of us at the table will give Lee's another chance, too much money wasted already.
We came in here after we paid tons of money for a horrible experience at Rodizio Grill. We walked in and service was great from the start. Waitress was so friendly and sweet. Food was so delicious with good flavor. Affordable prices. Old school nostalgic. Loved every moment
We called for a late reservation for 10 people for a 60th Anniversary Celebration. The staff was very cordial in making it happen and this caused them to stay way past closing. This evening was special because this was the first time since December 2018 that all four children were together and we had a lot of catching up to do. The food was delicious as usual. Our children always enjoyed coming here when they were little and this brought back many memories for all of us.
Ok, I will return. I thought the food was rather pricey. Good service. I had the chicken fried chicken and the 8 piece shrimp. Entrées good fresh. Cole slaw could use a tune-up. Tip go early on Friday gets busy fast.
Really good. Onion rings are more like fried onion bits but they were still very tasty. Chicken was really good. A nice selection of booths and tables. Live piano man was playing while we were there. Set a really cool vibe.
Listen. I heard the hype. I was hopeful. But I’d rather have popeye’s. *shrug*. Chicken had a good crunch but tasted like a closet that someone keeps old rugs in. The “buttered” corn was really sad considering this is Nebraska. And those mashed potatoes were a crime… someone needs to be sentenced. Overall is wasn’t the worst ever AND it was well priced. Im gunna give it another shot someday and we will see if this was just a bad night or something. Until next time bb
What a great place. Love the. 50¢ and $1.00 pull tab machine.Home of the best fried chicken. Home made chicken soup, and a great salad. See menu attached. Dont forget to get a scratch made Bloody Mary... This place a must go to place... It's kinda like a time capsule.
Never made it to the table, service was awful. Hostess this evening was either absent minded or didnt care to tend guests arriving at restaurant. She was more than willing to tend the group of 4 before us, then proceded to fill water glasses and wipe tables in west dining room. Never acknowledged us waiting near hostess podium. After 10 min we left. Headed down the street and had Lemon Chicken instead.
Awesome place. Was looking for a place for gizzards and livers. An older gentleman playing oldies on the piano. Definetly recommend
Very good fried chicken. I also liked the fried vegetables. For entertainment a lady was playing a piano.
