Don't go to the 9th and south location a half hour before they close. They turned away at least 3 cars saying they just sold the last chicken they had for the night.
Always a great dumpster to jump in after 9pm.....either that or ask for twigs. He'd hook it up like a tow truck for sure. Always good food either way.
I came through the drive thru just a little bit ago and ordered a meal. A girl was taking my order, was kinda snappy when she was taking my order. I get up to the window and I pay, she hands me my food and she accidentally forgot my drink. I asked “I think I ordered a drink?” and she holds her hands up at me. I motioned drink with my hand because she wouldn’t open the window for me to actually talk to her again. She rolled her eyes and got my drink for me. There was no one in line behind me.
I know KFC can get a bad rap, but they are consistently the best fried chicken, and they innovate. Too many other places are stuck in the 80s with their menus. Make fun if you want, but I'll keep going.
The food is excellent, unfortunately there service is not at this soecific location. I asked for all drums with my 3piece combo and still got the 2 thighs and only one drum. Then to top it off my fries weren’t in the box and my Mac and cheese was cold. The manager was very rude about the situation and asked me to drive back across town for the fries and didn’t offer anything to oblige there mistake. Very disappointed with the service.
I had just dropped my car off at Hiller's 66 Auto Shop, and I was walking to the bus stop to go home, when I decided to get something to drink in KFC. I saw their Pot pie and had always wanted try it. It was good, and such a flaky crust. Good sized lunch, and it hit the spot. KFC, Thank you, Kathleen
Overall they get most of the order right but can't grasp the concept that I don't want to cookie cuz I'm allergic to something in them it's happened the last three times I've been in and this time one of their Cooks came back from break still smoking a cigarette walking in the building
Overall great service. The food can be hit or miss but the last time I had it, it was great.
Tried to Oder less than a bucket but received a bucket.Tried to order a mix of Original and Crispy. Received all crispy.Asked for Potato stick/steak fries. Received mashed potatoes and gravy.Asked for Coleslaw and received it.One out of four is not acceptable.
Didn't get the dipping sauce I ordered. Chicken strips were tough and kind of warm. Other Chicken was extremely greasy. I think they need to change their grease
