I love their popcorn chicken and their other dishes there always fast and very polite I ate there quite a bit are take out quite a bit

Our chicken was dangerously undercooked, dried out and old. The fries were mushy and barely warm. They forgot one of our mashed potatoes. The wings were the worst of all, all redish purple around the bone and swimming in grease and tons of sauce. Definitely will not be going back.
It was good. Wish they would add more gravy to the #17.
I have always been a fan of KFC and the one here in Lincoln, NE, does NOT disappoint. Our orders have always been correct, hot, and predictably delicious. The chicken always tastes fresh and juicy, no matter what time we drive through.
Shows on website that there is a buffet here. I tried calling but nobody answered. Drove all the way here, and no buffet. They haven't had one in over a year. Need to update website. They wouldn't let me order any food because they only take mobile orders. At least they let me sit in the lobby and order food on my phone. This world is doomed.

Came here to get some Chicken and Fries, instead they charged us for a combo meal of 6.89 with no drink, forgot the sauce we asked for twice, threw in a tiny handful of fries and slammed the window in my face.
