We went here since Burger King was closed and Popeyes never got our order. Service was wonderful! Sub was good. They were very kind and prompt with the order.
Great sandwiches at JJ's, much better than their competitors.

The last time I ordered from this place was almost 6 months ago. They still can't take 3 seconds to cut your sandwich in half. The last 8 orders before that was the same thing. What's the point of saving 3 seconds if it's still gonna take 20 minutes to pick up an order because it wasn't ready!?Asked for Mustard and mayo packets, none provided, no napkins either.
If I could put less Stars I would it Took them an hour and a half to get the food to my house The delivery driver that brought the food to my house through the food onto my porch in my chairAnd walked away We didn't get all of our food like we ordered i am very Unsatisfied and I will be calling corporate if you go in I'll get it as take out it is so much better I received fresh veggies and service was great delivery not so much
Disappointed web site says open until 8 and states open as well on web site, so I drive over here because you don't deliver to airpark and it is closed at 6:42 PM.
I love jimmy johns but I went here a few weeks back and I said my order loud and clear. Got to the window the girl had it all wrong thought I got it sorted out but she still tried to charge for for way over the amount. I had already handed her my card and she was walking all over the store with it as I could see her holding it - she also took it into the back room to “find the manager” which took about 5 minutes. I have had credit card fraud before and it just seemed weird they wouldn’t just set it down instead of walking into a back room with it for security of card numbers. I did bring it up to the manager when they approached the window and got my order situated but the employee was also making a phone call on their cell phone while I was standing their this whole time and wearing a hoodie over their ears and headset on top of that hence why my order was messed up they probably couldn’t even hear me. I was so shocked by this employee I haven’t gone back.
The sandwiches are always good in my book. But the pickels recently have tasted and felt like they're expired. Yummy food though.
Food is good as always the driver didn't pay attention to the suite listed in the order and dropped it off at the wrong side of the building.
Every time I order from this location it takes over an hour to get a couple sandwiches delivered...Terrible deliver times, customers service, and sometimes not getting everything we ordered. Avoid at all costs!
