I’ve been coming in here a lot for years now, hell I was even an employee at one point. Every time I come in here they are very nice and well trained. The team has upgraded a lot in the last 6 months, shout-out to Amber and Paula for running a great store. Onions, lettuce, tomato, red wine vinegar. Olive oil, oregano and just a dash of salt. J mikes for life.
Any Jersey Mike's we have eaten at has always been excellent. Whether in San Antonio, TX or here in Lincoln, Nebraska. The only reason I gave them a 4 star is because I had to receive banana peppers on my Philly cheesesteak sandwich instead. I have taken into consideration many different scenarios as to why they were out of the bell peppers. Still a great establishment to eat at.
Have not been to a Jersey Mike's in a while but this one was great. The customer service was good and the sandwiches were awesome. They even had a gluten free sub.

I’ve been to Jersey Mike’s a couple of times on O Street here in Lincoln and every single time that I’ve gone and the employees have been so rude. There’s been times when I’ve tried to call and nobody has answered and I drive to the store and there was no customers in there. The only reason I decided to try this place was because my fiancé was a fan but I will no longer take my money to this place as the employees are so terrible to the customers. I’m not sure what their problem is but they have horrible attitudes and my sandwiches were very poorly made. At first I thought it was just the employees that were there the first couple of times but I guess it’s just every employee that works at this specific location. I would rather take my money to Subway and next time I will be trying Firehouse subs and hope that their sandwiches are good and their customer service is better!
Went in for a cheese steak (their signature item with onions, peppers and cheese), with one request, no peppers. Got the sandwich, even tipped a buck to round out to 10 even. Got home, f ing peppers. For the same price and a better sandwich I will drive over to Jackstack
Good sandwich clean and quick, I just for some reason have a value issue with paying that much for a sandwich combo.
The 2 gentlemen were very good. Made the sandwiches as I wanted them. Food was excellent. The tip was worth it. Keep it up.
All the many Subs that I've tried out at Jersey Mike's located on "O"st in Lincoln, they have 2 noteworthy things in common:1. Very fresh textures and taste.2 Flavors that only high quality ingredients can give you when you want to go tearing into a sub sandwich.Going with whats mentioned above,I've always been pleased with every kind of sub I've tried at Mike's but if you happen to have trouble choosing what to order, In my opinion you can't go wrong with getting my favorite And that's"The Big Kahuna"which is the Best Philly you can order in Lincoln. Along with all that Oh So Good Beefy Beef and everything, they toss in some pickled jalapeño peppers that not just makes the sandwich, but let's it Nail Downthe "mmm" in "mmmm-mmm" !II just made myself real hungry thinking about it
Literally my favorite place to get subs at. it’s so delicious and full of flavor in every bite. the customer service is average but the subs definitely make up for it. As a person who works at sub shop i say well done jersey mikes ily!
