The website says it is open but 2 times we have taken the time to get there only to find it closed. They are not open until 2pm. Need to update the website.
Tried to enter WITH a mask as required.... but all three of us (veterans or active duty) were denied entry when we asked if they offer masks (since they require them upon entry). Was told they didn't like our attitude because we had to run back to the car to grab a mask, in the rain. 0/10 would not recommend based on customer service. Was hung up on after speaking to the "other manager" as well.
After being one of my favorite places for a long time, saw a different side tonight. Miss my old spot...this is definitely not it. Staff definitely needs a break...if you are looking for good people, equitable treatment, and a fun time with friends...try NZone for the same vibe and better treatment. Covid has been hard on everyone but NZone is definitely weathering this storm much better...and with less hypocrisy and drama. If owners check in with your staff...presuming positive intentions ~ they are having a hard time. Zero other reason for how we were treated tonight. Good luck going forward...hope your regulars sustain you through this. Some of us who tried to come back tonight were definitely confronted with a different vibe...
The “bartender” tonight was the most disrespectful that I have ever seen....while we came in with masks, he was adamant that we had masks on while sitting in a booth to drink our drinks. Although ALL of the pool players as well as dart players were not wearing masks, he asked us to put ours on WHILE SEATED. He then stood at our booth while we finished our drinks that we paid for, that he tried to take from our hands because we were explaining to him how inconsistent the “rules” were at this bar. This man should NOT be in customer service at all.
