Best burgers in town. I usually get the Greatest Burger Ever (gotta love a bacon cheeseburger) but I'm also a big fan of the Porterhouse when they have it. Their milkshakes are really good, too.
Absolutely worst service and agressive staff I've ever encountered for asking for a cooked kids cheeseburger, that wasn't cooked fully. It was busy, but 40 minutes for a kids cheeseburger, and the rest of the table was all finished eating their food, is a bit much. 1 star is too much due to the aggressive staff.Received a great response from their leadership, and appreate their timely response. This will be my third time posting one, since they keep deleting it on door dash. Unfortunately for them, I’m persistent..This place is a Zero. In short, extremely rude staff as well. The young lady that I spoke with about my burger being raw implied that I was a liar and that I would have to contact DoorDash for my issue. I simply stated that I would gladly trade my full meal that I received and hadn't eaten, for a fully cooked one. She was also rude about this. I asked to speak to someone else or at least get her name and she also refused to give me that. I will forever boycott this place due to this one experience. It's unfortunate that one bad experience can do this. I was treated so poorly that I felt compelled to get my male Karen on and write a review. Good luck! I have had the worst experience here. They did not honor a medical exemption. Which is illegal btw. So we have not been back. The food was terrible anyway.
