We love this place. This trip, our food was incredibly fast.
Would have like actual menus then looking on phone, takes a lot longer to do and not user friendly when going between multiple menu tabs on phone to compare things also no deserts menu online so I had to ask. Probably would have order more food items if I had the full menu in front of me especially with kids trying to decide would have been nice with real menus.
Waited 30 minutes to get order take and 50 minutes to get our order. 15 minutes to get a cocktail. The food, was very good once we finally got it.
Very disappointing experience.First, it took over 15 minutes for our server to arrive and greet our table.Second, we had to get our own menus and water.Third, manager on duty was less than accommodating.One of my worst experiences with service in a long time.I hope the GM addresses this and trains his staff and managers to help guests in a timely manner.
I was pleasantly surprised by this place. The second floor deck is a great experience. Definitely a younger crowd but there where older people throwing them back.
Everything was good. Mai tai was delicious.

Terrible service.After a 50+ min wait for simple Chinese food, we were told we had wait 30 minutes for the sushi. The excuse was it is a Sunday, as I was staring at a row of empty tables at 6:30pm. Cancelled the sushi got the other food in a few minutes. Sesame chicken was dry. (Panda express’ might be better.) Snow White chicken was swimming in a lot of sauce.Oh, and they charge you extra (3.5%) if you dare to use your credit card.Avoid at all costs!

waiting for sushi our waitress told us that they lost our ticket and she would see what she could do on our bill since we had to wait....the manager is pathetic at best as they didn't take anything off and we had to ask to have it rectified. Lost our business as we won't return
