Salt, Pepper, and seasoning is meant to enhance the flavor of your meal. it shouldn't be so smothering that it's the only thing you can taste. My steak was so peppered I couldn't taste the the meat. The crispy brussle sprouts were soaked in what tasted like burnt vinegar. The only thing that tasted decent was the mashed potatoes and green beans. I couldn't leave today because I have a lot oh homework, but I wanted something well made. $70 (Doordash fees and tip included) for a single meal that was essentially horrible. I'm new to Lincoln and have never been to Granite City before. It's a visit I'll never make.
30th wedding anniversary
Recently had the Sunday brunch. Trays were well stocked and everything tasted great. Server did a wonderful job of checking in on us on a regular basis.

We. ER some friends here for dinner on a Saturday evening at 6 pm. We had reservations but didnât really need them. The place filled up quickly. Drinks were goodâ¦mixed drinks, wine and beer. The burgers were huge. Sandwiches and chicken were all very good.
good beer too. love the northern. food tasted awesome even if it was a burger and sweet potato fries. yes I've been off my diet today. it's not every day I get to go to lincoln.
Floor was sticky. Fresh plates still dirty. AC vent in ceiling was dripping. Food was really good.
Excellent food as well as service. My husband was very impressed with the prime rib and says we will be back for regular Sunday prime rib.
They need to advertise that on special days like Fatherâs Day they have a buffet until 3.
It was a great way to celebrate Father's Day. We have done takeout Sunday brunch several times in the past 2 years, but it was nice to be at the restaurant in person.
