I've had so many great sandwiches here, but today a mistake was made. When it was pointed out and asked to make right the response was "we don't give out free food" Well nobody asked for a freebie, but asked to make it right. I love Goodcents, but you have to wait a bit. It's not too bad, but more then two sandwiches means you might be there for a minute.
Reminds me of DeBella's Subs back in Connecticut. Some good sh!t they got goin on. They could expand their menu a little bit but still good sh!t.
The sandwiches here are so delectable. I love these sandwiches with my whole heart. They always have the freshest bread and the meats are always great tasting. They make the food fast and don’t try to rush you out. They have lots of condiments and their prices are amazing.
Ordered ONE sandwich at 6 pm. currently 8:54 pm and we’ve called 3 times, spoke to the manager and they said sorry it’s on the way.. last time we call they said they didn’t even get it out of the store yet. Store is 8 minutes away from us and we’ve been waiting 3 hours?? All we get is a refund and no sandwich.. Will be calling owners as this is not the first time it’s happened. Kind of ridiculous. At least call us and say it’s going to be late or that you messed up instead of “i don’t know what’s going on it should be there soon” then an hour and a half later it’s still not.
Love the penny club. Was sad when it went away because of covid and the beef shortage but I'm happy it's back. These guys are really good at making custom orders and getting them right
So about a month ago I ordered delivery and they told me 1 hr no big deal ok. My order came 2 hrs later with my soda water down no starws. Called the store nothing nobody cared. Let it go I know everyone short staffed. Tonight my husband and I decided to try it again only this time he went through drive thu because of bad delivery experience. Well it was not no better we ask for white bread got wheat and waited a lil bit for order. We live between goodcents and firehouse so idk if we will be back
The cashier was very rude in the drive thru. Unbelievably rude. I ordered a 6” sandwich and she said they were out of 6” bread and I would have to have a 8” sandwich. I said that is fine as long as their is no additional charge. She said she had to charge me more. I then told her to cut 2” off the 8” bread and that makes it a 6” sandwich. She yells “whatever” into the speaker. Get to the window and she says “we are out of bologna.” I said “no worries, just replace it with ham.” When I get my sandwich, I unwrap it and it was wrapped in 5 sheets of paper and had been completely soaked in vinegar and oil. It was intentionally soaked and ruined. I opened it while still in the drive through and the girls working knew I had caught their little prank. I pulled up to the front of the store and I see an employee running to the front door. She locked one door and then quickly ran to the other door to lock it. I knocked on the door and the 5 employees tell me “we’re closed.” It was 5 min before closing time. I knocked on the door again and the girl who made my sandwich came to the door. I showed her the sandwich and she knew she was caught. She said she could refund my money, but couldn’t make me another sandwich because they were closed. I asked to speak with the manager and she said she was the manager. I asked to speak with the owner and she said his name is Mike, but didn’t know his last name. She then offers to make me a new sandwich. I had never been to a sandwich shop that had such rude, unprofessional, and hateful employees. I hope the owner checks the video at 8:50 tonight if his employees intentionally ruining sandwiches and being rude and abrasive to paying customers. I would not eat here. After eating the second sandwich I now believe that I have food poisoning. They put something in the second sandwich that has caused vomiting ?. The girl that did this had a deep voice and had the big gauge holes in her ears. She appeared to hate her job and her customers. She refused to give me her name, but claimed she was the manager.
Too busy and a long wait, but customer service was very great ?
Been here many many times. First time I was ever treated badly here. Tried to tell cashier gave me wrong amount ($3 too much change) called manager over and then manager wanted to give me even more change back. Said forget it you will figure it out at end of shift
