Took forever for anyone to even acknowledge I was there. Sandwich prep area was messy. I almost left. This isn't typical. My sandwich was good!
The wait in the drive thru was unreal. 2 cars ahead of me, took 22 minutes
I would love for the owner to reach out to me of this location. We take our daughter here every Tuesday before dance and have never experienced what we had to today. Waited in line for 25 mins for the gentlemen to be completely out of hand in front of my daughter. If you want this guy to fly off the handle and be rude just be aware. The lady working and taking care of the situation at the end was very calm. She reimbursed our money and we left without our meals. Thankful we could sit there for 25 mins to treated this way.
Went there for the first time today to pick up lunch to go. They were fairly busy, but short staffed. You could tell they were struggling to keep up, but they remained focused and polite with customer interactions. I was impressed by this because it very easily could have been an unpleasant situation. My food was as ordered and the cashier recommended I do the daily special to save a little bit on my order which I appreciated! Especially since it would have been faster to just ring me up. I would go there again and recommend to others ☺️
Went through the drive thru and waited 30 min to get my order, which was pointless because the order was completely wrong. The time before this I went through the drive thru had to wait 20 min. If you decide to go to this one I’d suggest going in and watching them make your sandwich.
Some of the employees you can tell they dont care about their customers. There were a few that stood out above the rest. That were very helpful and polite.
Received food poisoning from location. When I contacted the location directly, spoke to gave incorrect information about how food poisoning presents. Corporate ignored phone, email and social media correspondence. Eat at your own risk. Don't expect any customer support.
Mr. Goodcents doesn't disappoint...ever. They always have fresh ingredients and delicious sandwiches. The employees were really great today too!!
Good food but I had a job interview here and they didn't want to hire me and the one that interviewed me was really nice.
Great tasting sub made with fresh ingredients at a reasonable price. I'll definitely be back!
