My wife and I have frequented Ginger since the day it opened. We moved out of town and still return at least twice a month. We are here now, Jul 10, 7pm. Much to our surprise we got to overhear a waitress arguing with it he hostess about not being seated in her section. When I stated that we understood and could eat somewhere else this evening. She stated that she was to be busy and we wouldn't get served for sometime. Our grandson went to the grill and had his first plate in 5 mins. As a family, we are still sitting 25 mins later without as much as a drink of water. Good help is really hard to find and the young ladies really aren't very well trained. Funny, same waitress last time in and the manager had to serve us. Not very busy... Lol
Always a great meal here. I’ve lived in LA/SD my entire life and can honestly say the rolls here are pretty tasty. I’ve even seen some unique creations here especially on their desert menu. Staff is fun and atmosphere is great for parties.
Great food, a bit expensive but definitely worth it for fine dining.
The food was amazing! We had appetizers, entrée, drinks and dessert!! Jake our server was fast, very knowledgeable and friendly. Can't wait to go back and try more items on the menu.

Always great food and wonderful service. We had Joaquin today and he was wonderful. He did a great job being that they displayed being understaffed. He was thoughtful and very kind assuring us that he wants his guests to have a good experience, which we definitely did. We would definitely enjoy having him as a server again! He also made a mean spicy Mary!
New to town and wanted to try their salmon. Not only great salmon but I had amazing service. I sat at the bar. I could tell they were short of help but all gave their best. Loved seeing the manager being a team player.
We do love Sushi at Ginger Grill. Chef Song and his sushi team make it the best sushi in Nebraska! Today my son - Jake and I had a wonderful time for his birthday celebration and we are so thankful for a warm welcome from Peggy - the co-owner, Yumi, Emily and several team members. For sure, this is the right place in Lincoln for celebration with your family. The food and service are over and beyond expectation, plus this is the best restaurant to work for in Lincoln as well. This is by far my favorite place to eat in Lincoln. How can you go wrong with choosing an item from the menu, sushi choices and Mongolian grill buffet. It's the best of 3 worlds!
Had a great time celebrating Chinese new year by watching the lion dancers while we ate. Food was tasty and bento boxes allowed for a good variety.
