Whenever we go as a family to a Freddy's location, all three things usually happen. 1. Good quality food, 2. Earn points for future desserts, & 3. Online service always gives us trouble with using said points for anything. It's frustrating, employees always tell us the same troubleshooting options, & we just can't deal with it everytime. I rate 4 stars really because this is an online-point-system-redeeming error, & everything else is good about most Freddy's locations.
Fries were meh...shoestring type. Meat seemed good. I'd give it a try again, but ask for a recommendation first.
Pretty good for fast food. I was much pleased that all of the sandwiches could be ordered as a lettuce wrap!
It is like stepping into a trailer trash reality TV show.The completely disinterested girl could not even make a milkshake. People were standing around gossiping with equally scary fat patrons who seemed like refuges from county jail. Bathroom floor was a monument to urine.Someone please shut this place down. It's a terrifying mess!
I want to give a shout out to Joe and his crew last night. I was stressing out because I had left my card at home and couldn't figure out how to pay through the apps on my phone. He was super nice and patient about everything and made my day. Thank you again!
The grandkids love eating here ? we also enjoy it would encourage them to add gluten free and dairy free options and go easy on the salt
The food is decent, but my order has never been made correctly at this location (or at any Freddy's location, for that matter). I had to get two meals remade today, which was frustrating, though there have been times when I had to re-order my meal three times before I received what I wanted, a process which usually takes an hour. In addition, the staff usually get mad at me when I request they remake my meal as if I'm somehow in the wrong.
Have been here a few times and only complaint is that it's usually very busy lol, otherwise the steakburgers are pretty lit and the ice cream sandwiches are 100% worth trying
We ordered 2 mini shakes. They were small and neither was mixed well. Felt like they were stingy with the flavor too. And the big plastic straws are now BIG paper ones. Pretty gross. They should probably just go to regular straws, or none at all. Maybe just give a spoon to stir the shake completely?
Just wanted to give a shoutout to Vu (?). I hope I spelled your name right - phenomenal customer service. Super friendly and accommodating. Thanks for everything you do & good job Freddy’s staff on the delicious food as well.
