We called in an order ahead of time and we were told 15 to 20 min and after at least 30 we arrive to pick up our order and the workers were standing around talking no big deal but then i pay and she tells me I have to wait. Nothing was started yet and I waited that original 15 to 20 minute estimate. Very bad experience only ever ordered online before but in store terrible

The food is so quick, and the service is nice. Spicy chicken, Chinese style twice cooked pork, and the meat in hot chili oil are the best. You must check these out. Best Chinese restaurant ever!
Cookie cutter restaurant. I don't think they actually MAKE the food, but instead dump it out of a bag or heat up what comes out of the industrial box. The hot N sour soup is from a bag, salty with no flavor, which is pretty much like EVERYTHING we tried. Spicy Hunan chicken NOT spicy, no flavor. Tasted like a heated up TV dinner. Combo lo mein, all the meats were slimy, and everything tasted the same, NO flavor. Crab Rangoon tasted industrial and they serve the sweet N sour sauce in a TINY lil dish and it's COLD..... Almost like gelatin...... Took WAY too long to get the food and we we're literally the only ones there. "FORTUNE" is NOT a Chinese restaurant, it is a heat up and serve shop. It won't last long with the lack of flavor and nothing to make it stand out taste wise. Even the cutlery is cheap stamped flimsy junk. And you don't even get a fortune cookie. Is that irony for a restaurant literally called FORTUNE???Also was feeling sick rest of the day... Worst choice we ever made. We should have read reviews 1st.
Very quick and friendly service. However, this place doesn't do anything different than other Chinese shops. Maybe that's good, but in my opinion with a saturated Chinese restaurant scene in Lincoln, that isn't enough. Especially with my food on the bland side.
Very mediocre, bland food. Service was quick. Potstickers were delicious. Everything else was just so so. Would have gotten one more star if I wouldn't have had to walk up to the counter to ask for a refill of my drink even though we were the only people in the place.
It was the best Chinese food that I have eaten in Lincoln.Two out of 3 times, they had not noticed my online order when I arrived to pick it up about 20 minutes after ordering.
Enjoyed my lunch at Fortune prior to a Nebraska football game. An easy walk from campus and the football stadium. Food created with high quality ingredients and served hot and fresh. I wish I could find Asian food this good near my home in Indianapolis.
Extremely bad customer service!!!I ordered garlic chicken and found it to be overly salty. I thought that they mistakenly put a little more salt and thus I asked if they could replace my dish. They totally rejected my request and rudely asked me to double check before I order. Wait what???I ended up not eating it since it was way too salty. Additionally the staff was rude and the whole experience was embarrassing.Never going to a restaurant whose staff doesn’t know how to behave with customers.Highly not recommended.
Great food and service! Would definitely eat here again
