Worst fazoli's I've ever been to. Lasagna was rubbery sent it back second Lasagna was even worse. So I switched to loaded chicken Alfredo & got plain Alfredo.The store itself was sticky everything I touched was sticky the counters the floor the chairs the table.The staff was polite tho & tried to pleas us just couldn't get right.
Went here to drive-through and had to back out of drive-through. Apparently it would take thirty minutes before our order could be taken. So, I thought just a bad day. Went back two days later. Depending on which is worse the bad service or barely edible food. I went inside due to weather. The cashier has no pride in themselves or their job. I was amazed that he didn't screw up my change. The bread sticks were so hard that I couldn't eat them. The sampler was luke warm at best. There were no silverware or napkins. Don't think I'll be returning!

I went into fazolis last night and this beautiful woman named Marie was the cashier that took my order she was sweet polite and was smiling the whole time even when giving me my food she made sure i didn’t run out of those delicious breadsticks and i think she dis a wonderful job by greeting me when walking in the door and when leaving i tell u fazolis has some of the best staff around other places are usually rude and trying to rush u through ur meal but not Marie she actually had conversations with me while cleaning tables So Great Job
We have tried eating at this location twice now both experiences have been terrible first time we waited over 30 minutes for our food that never came as we were on break from work i had to ask for our money back we no longer had time to wait because they messed up on one of the dishes. Second time was just recently that we attempted to eat dinner here and again we waited over 20min for 2 baked spaghetti dishes and a slice of pizza meal . It cost roughly $48 for the 3 meals we recieved which was a joke considering the small amount of pasta we had in our dish. I have been to fazolis plenty of times before but we always ate at the one on 27th street which for some reason closed . The food there was always good and hot and u got ur money's worth. Sadly we will no longer attempt fazolis off of 48th street it's dirty inside and twice now service and food were not good.
I haven’t had Fazoli’s in years!! In from out of town and decided it would make for a great lunch. Ugh! It was the worse. Everything from flavor to portioning. Soo incredibly disappointing. Needless to say we not be returning to this or any other Fazoli’s in the future.
It’s been awhile since we have been back at the store due to bad experiences but we thought we would give it another chance and This store has gotten so much better now that the general manager Scott has been there he is so friendly and helpful and the food is always hot and fresh and there is hardly any wait time the bread sticks are always available and hot and fresh I will definitely be coming back keep up the great work Scott
Food was good. Terrible customer service. I had to wait 5 minutes while the cashier had a personal conversation. There was a second cashier but he didn't take my order, not sure why. I guess I was just lucky the conversation was only 5 minutes.
Bad food. Bad service. Dirty restaurant. Not returning. After Covid, these restaurants should be cleaner and care more about their customers.
Had a misunderstanding in the drive through. Manager was compassionate toward my feelings. I don’t enjoy being complicated. She was so understanding and helpful. She deserves a raise and full benefits. The other worker would have lost the customer and got 4 stars less. Not that reviews matter.
