What a fun place for breakfast w/our family. Great firehouse memorabilia, good/quick service, delicious, reasonably priced food. Next time we're in town, we'll go back!!!
Took the family to Engine House Cafe and had a wonderful time there. The food is amazing and the service is great. They seated us in a perfect spot for us to keep our little ones focused on eating.

They were on a wait and the host asked if anyone wanted to share a table. We agreed and had a wonderful time with the Nelson's. Very nice retired couple. We bought them lunch. Food was amazing too!
I've been wanting to try this place for YEARS because of all the great things I've heard about the food, but never got a chance because they're only open till 1300 and I don't normally wake up hungry first thing in the morning.... This is my new favorite breakfast spot in town, and its only less than a mile away!!!! You know the foods good when the first thing you want to do when you get home is take a nap????
Food is delicious and reasonably priced, I just wish they were open later than 1300.

Food was ok. Service was poor. I went there to have breakfast. Not see the staff drink scooters while I waited 20 minutes for a refill on my coffee. Nor did I stop by so I could see a a young lady's mid-drift. The place was busy, sure. I can handle a busy restaurant with decent service. But a busy restaurant with trash service is not ok..Update :I'm pretty sure I know where I took my husband for his birthday. Unless the bar and grill serves cinnamon rolls eggs Benedict and hot chocolate, in Lincoln at this location. I AM referring to Engine House Cafe.
The food was so good! The hash browns were amazing, and I don't usually care for them. Very friendly people!
