Rica comida y buen servicio ???
They have a server who treats the customers very poorly. Both in person and over the phone ordering. I have stopped bringing my business to the location on 48th & Van Dorn because of the rude server whom verbally downgraded me in front of my children. He also treated my elderly father with such disrespect, hanging up on him twice because he was unable to hear him. He told him he didn't have time to deal with someone who doesn't know what he wants. Won't be returning until this person no longer works there.
If I could give 0 STARS I would.My 11 month old recieved burns from their careless waiter! Placed the plate right in his reach knowing how hot it was, we didn't have time to move it because he was leaning over my husband's plate to place another hot plate in front of my 2 year old and by the time he stood up my child grabbed the plate. We will never come back.
Very polite, respectful employees. The food was cooked and hot. Loved the fried ice cream. Price was very decent considering three people
The food was awesome, but I know they were busy but the staff was entirely rude. Whenever we asked for a little more salsa or even a take out box they gave very obviously eye rolls and rude gestures. I am a good tipper and it was hard for me to even give 15%.
The food is amazing and the portions are very large I have never had a plate this large from anywhere! The food was seasoned so well and tasted very good!
If I could give 0 star’s I definitely would. This is about the 5th time our order was screwed up with the same food, a simple bean tostada. Service has gone down hill. Last incident for me was I discovered a tip was added to my ticket. Will definitely go elsewhere for delicious authentic Mexican food and good service.
My family and I have been coming here for 20 plus years. All of the trash in front of the door should have been the only 'telling sign we needed to turn around this evening. Our drinks were brought to the table with instructions we would need to mix ourselves...??? Server refused to take dirty dishes from our table. When our daughter's family joined us, no menus, plenty of knives...forks please...??? Our granddaughter's milk was never served. Noticed there was a server who sat at a back table on his phone. So many good memories over the years - gone.
Good food and and friendly service
Mediocre food, trash service. Twice in a row they have forgot my to go order. Just go to deleons about the same quality and atleast you will get your food
