Shout out to the staff of 3 working a busy morning. Ya all did great. Even tho we had to have our order redone 2times. We totally understand.

Drive thru is so slow. Twice it has taken me an hour. One time there was just one lady doing everything. I don't know who the manager is but whomever it is needs to come by and order to get a feel of how it is. Another time. I ordered in the app and I waited another hour and when I got to the window I saw them just making the order and got it all wrong. I also saw drinks by the register getting cold.

I just so happened to be in the area while passing thru town and saw Dunkin and wanted to stop. Being from New England where Dunkin is the go-to coffee shop and not living in the east anymore I rarely get to enjoy Dunkin these days. This visit was rather disappointing. I ordered my iced coffee, had to correct the person taking the order twice as to what I'd asked for. I ordered my kids some doughnuts as well. When I get to the window to pay my coffee is wrong and they only gave my half of my doughnuts. I explain to the worker about the other doughnuts and he brushed it off and tried to have me just leave. I asked again for my other 2 doughnuts and just accepted that my coffee was not the way I'd ordered it.I was very dissatisfied with the service I received and how the gentleman working brushed me off when I presented him with my issue. I expect all locations to take their jobs seriously. I love Dunkin but definitely will not return to this location when back in town.

Worst coffee customer experience I’ve had.Simple order of an americano w/ milk & sugar.The worker forgot to add both, when I asked to confirm if she added milk & sugar she lied and said “I believe so”. Should not be that difficult to make 1 coffee. No value of customer services.

If this is the one I am thinking of in Lincoln. It was 1 p.m. and they were out of donuts because there was a lack of employees.

Oh gosh, I was so scared that this Dunkin would be the same as the old Cheney one. My major issue with Dunkin is how much ice is put in the drinks so I always ask for less ice so I don't take a couple sips and it's gone.The workers here are always nice, they're understaffed but they still do their best and it definitely shows! They always pay attention to my order and make it how I like it! Thanks guys!

They don’t know how to make drinks of any sort they’re is always chunks of coffee in my drinks and honestly the worst customer service I have ever experience. They need new workers ASAP

I know the drive through gets absolutely crazy so I ordered and paid ahead on the app. The line took about 30 minutes which whatever, it's a drive through. What I cannot get over is the fact that when I got to the window I could see my drink already made (& paid for) just needed to be handed to me. I waited another ten minutes at the window, able to see my drink yet no one would come to the window to hand it to me. I finally got the drink and it wasn't even what I ordered. The sticker has the right order description, but the drink isn't right.

Horrible! 43 minutes in the drive thru and they still couldn't get my order right. I'll go to Scooters from now on for my coffee
