Employees work very hard to get people their orders as quick as possible. Very good with mobile orders.

She forgets my order, and after giving ten orders beyond mine, I asked politely, excuse me but you didn't bring mineHer response was super rode, and then brought it without saying any word even didn't say thank you as usual .FinallyI know my comment will make no difference because we are all here to study, and no one will lose time to go far for a coffee but just wanted to say that
If you want to avoid staying in a line for 30-40 minutes just for one awful cup of coffee then STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUNKIN. I feel so bad saying this because last year the staff was absolutely wonderful and I had no issues with my food and drinks. I think most of those employees are now gone (I wonder why….). But today was literally the worst Dunkin experience ever. Waited 40 minutes in the drive thru line just for two sandwiches and a coffee. Waited by the speaker for 5 MINUT
So understaffed that it takes anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes to get a mobile order, even if i order it 10 minutes before arriving at the store.

Great place to come to for small sized meals, snacks, and drinks. Location is amazing for students and people alike.
Waited in drive through for 20 min with only 3 cars ahead of me. Ordered two orders of snackin bacon that are normally seasoned well and cooked well. Received it practically raw with no seasoning -but with a newborn in the car I was not willing to wait another 20 min to go back through or take him inside. So there’s $5+ in the trash.
